hi idk how this place works and yes I’m a Twitter refugee but not from the billionaire situation over there but because there is a terrible drought of fandom content from my obsessions and I just tweet to the abyss about the things I like and the abyss does not tweet back. so hi here’s some of the stuff I hyperfocus on and will post about, sorry if I’m not knowledgeable about the blogging (???) etiquete of this place and am annoying

  • Adventure Time (comfort show. I just think they’re neat (this show shaped me as a person) (been insane for it since 8yo))
  • The Promised Neverland (!!!!!!!most long-term and strongest brain rotting of them all)
  • Tears of Themis (newest brain-rot)
  • Across the Spiderverse (I think about this movie every waking moment and went to the theater twice to watch it)

I like a shit ton of other things but these are the fandoms that are absolutely dead over on Twitter and I’m desperate. bye

this is not gonna be very coherent, but on the anniv 2 global server pv...........insane in the brain from the differences in it when compared to the original cn server anniv 2 pv, where the descriptions of the rings were originally in different foreign words up to translation-interpretation. for luke, the word is dévouement

but in global server anniv 2 pv, the foreign words were translated into english verbs. for luke...

after researching ive found that the original french word does get the definition of "act of sacrifice" but it is also noted to mean "dedication, devotion, loyalty" so it is just.....INTERESTING. to me. that for the EN pv they chose SACRIFICE as the verb specifically: a verb that has such known and iconic connotations, a verb that inherently contains the act of surrender and Giving Up Other Things in its definition.
