Hermione Jean Weasley (née Granger) was the only daughter of Muggle Mr and Mrs Granger, both dentists in London. At age eleven, Hermione had been accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She began attending the school on 1 September, 1991 where she was subsequently sorted into Gryffindor House. She possessed a brilliant academic mind and proved to be a gifted student.

Becoming yourself is really hard and confusing, and it’s a process. It’s often not cool to be the person who put themselves out there. As much as someone can tell you things, you have to go out there and make your own mistakes in order to learn. There’s nothing wrong with being afraid. It’s not the absence of fear, it’s overcoming it. Sometimes you’ve got to blast through and have faith.
