No problem! I've answered this before on stream once or twice I think but I guess I never posted about it. Allow me to use a sketch from a reference chart I never finished lol.
Essentially its a mix of both. Limbs are primarily a hard material that I liken to the feeling of a car's body.
The neck and face are (technically two different) rubbery materials that are fairly firm but allow for movement.
Breasts and genitals are, as to be expected, akin to sex toys, tho if anything maybe slightly less realistic, they are notably rubbery/plasticky and wouldn't be mistaken for flesh.
The main body, belly, back, butt, parts of the legs, and shoulders are thick rubbery padding of varying degrees of firmness. I have a hard time thinking of an irl counterpart to this but the closest I can think is like squeezing a cushion/seat/etc. but its covered in rubber rather than cloth or pleather.
Things that are kinda hard to show on the chart here are things like the armpit and extra cushioning above the crotch which are PADDED RUBBER, as seen on the first post on this account. The bottoms of the feet which are just the same as the bottom of a shoe. The hair which is just the same as any wig, etc.
Note that I often get lazy and don't draw my body in this much detail and i dont expect anyone else too either, but the info is there lol.
