copper my beloved

rose gold, brass, bronze, what cant she do

beautiful base colour, beautiful patina, and it mixes to make beautiful alloys. 10/10 best metal.

she also makes up so much of your wiring, she's a working gal too.

what CANT she do

Don’t forget about the most beautiful blue made by copper sulfate!!

my absolute FAVOURITE comments on this post are ones like this.

where they just add on something ELSE that copper does. it's great.

People with low spoons, someone just recommended this cookbook to me, so I thought I'd pass it on.

I always look at cookbooks for people who have no energy/time to do elaborate meal preparations, and roll my eyes. Like, you want me to stay on my feet for long enough to prepare 15 different ingredients from scratch, and use 5 different pots and pans, when I have chronic fatigue and no dishwasher?

These people seem to get it, though. It's very simple in places. It's basically the cookbook for people who think, 'I'm really bored of those same five low-spoons meals I eat, but I can't think of anything else to cook that won't exhaust me'. And it's free!

omg seeing people appreciate this is why we do it, it's so wonderful

My favorite reading from Shabbat evening service is this tiny section right here. Wishing you all a peaceful Shabbat full of whatever it is that makes you feel all of the good things ❤️

I saw this in a sidddur once during Shabbat service and I was immediately frozen by its profound beauty😍

I’ve never seen this post once in 10 years on this site

I’ve never even heard of this before tho??? Wtf??????????

oh my god, I didn’t think there were any surviving versions of this post left

For those who weren’t around in the Deep Lore times, this is one of the relics of the editable post era. This post has THE SINGLE HIGHEST NOTES of ANY post on this site, bar none, but with more than a dozen variations. Every single post you’ve ever seen with more than 3 million notes has been a different version of this one.

This is the “Dean’s Gym Shorts” post. This is the Flubber post. This is the original “Reblog if you support gay people” post. it was ALL of them. before half the site got nuked, it had even more notes than it has now - at one point, well over 15 million, and that was years ago.

This, with no exaggeration, is the ONE TRUE heritage post

World Heritage Post

thought they needed a little reminder that they still have far more to lose if they double down on this stupidity. spread the word, it seems they're... very forgetful about this.

A small collection (feel free to add):

@staff You're not very subtle.

boost this shit and don’t spend a damn penny on any of their silly checkmarks or whatever until they do something about this

Part Two! Two witches are forced to cohabitate in order to raise the baby promised to both of them.

This comic was based on this post. (You can also see my old version on the link if you wanna see how far it's come.)

If you enjoyed this make sure to check out Part One, and if you feel very generous and had a nice time you can drop me a Ko-fi. Comics are a labor of love and money really helps out while I'm in school!
