imagine getting cast in a minor one-scene role in a procedural abt firefighters and they dress you up as a christmas elf and then they give you just a single line of dialogue and you're like. oh nice i get to interact with one of the main stars. so you go and do your best to get into cheery elf character and literally just say "you two have an adorable son" and you're like yeah. that's cool and you move on with your life only to end up becoming a legend who appears in several gifsets on tumblr dot com every so often because you somehow turned into a critical figure in a fandom that wants those two procedural guys to Kiss.

Hey guys! The WGA is asking for people to sign a petition aimed against Universal. Treegate isn't the first union busting tactic Universal has tried.

They started a construction project that "just so happens" to block some of the sidewalks and forces picketers to walk in the street. The government told Universal they need to install safety rails to replace the sidewalks. A demand Universal has so far ignored.

Please sign the petition for Universal to install the safety rails and reblog.

To clarify after some questions:

(American) Tree Law is very satisfying because the cases often involve someone damaging trees that don’t belong to them, usually for an aesthetic, mercenary, petty, and/or spiteful reason. However, American tree law comes down like a HAMMER on such people, and they will get mighty fines.
