This is where I’m going to be keeping track of the progress I make in my health and fitness ✨

✨ My Goals for 2022 ✨

1. Get my drivers license and a car

2. Pay off one of my credit cards ($1400 left)

3. Move my body more (Yoga, Running Hiking, Ect)

4. Spend less than 5 hours on my phone a day

5. Get under 200lb (233.4lb)

6. Learn a song on my ukulele

7. Meditate and journal everyday

8. Have a healthy garden with lots of plants

9. Spend more time with friends & family

10. Put $1000 in savings ($160)

I am manifesting these habits and goals into reality and I’m grateful because I know the universe will take care of me and has given me everything I need. I’m exactly where I’m meant to be currently and trust the process.

I’m gonna start tracking my weight again. I’ve honestly been really depressed and haven’t been working out or eating the best recently so I’ve gained a lot back. I’m more than my starting weight now but it’s okay! I’m gonna do better and posting more here cuz I was doing a lot better when I was keeping myself accountable on here. I hope you guys have been well 💞 whatever you manage to do today is enough ☺️

Self-deprecation can become a permanent internal dialogue. Even if it’s tough, try to have positive conversations and words about yourself.
