Now here's the thing about being a writer; you feel things deeply. Emotions entrance you. The workings of the human mind are infatuating, taking you over, whispering words into your soul. Have you ever wondered why you care so much about book characters or that couple in a television show? It's because you were created to pay attention to those details, to emphasize with the emotional aspects of your surroundings. Not everyone is like you. You have been granted the unique task of chronicling down everything you see. The power of immortality is held in your fingertIps. Not your own of course, but the souls of those around you. Feelings and thoughts that screamed with impact as they grew inside you can now be cemented in your stories. I tell you now, treasure your empathy and creativity. Do not let anyone tell you that you care too much about something. It's what makes you the person you are. Treasure it. Write your stories.

Happy Sunday! Have you ever noticed how the smallest sorts of comforts can bring so much peace? The glow of fairy lights strung around your quiet little room, a candle titled "Sweater Weather" filling the air with it's scent, your journal filled with verses from a good and Mighty King... If you haven't, perhaps it's time to step back and look around. Find your little things, your comforts so you can live your cozy sort of life. ~The Author~

Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.
