Nancy Drew has to be one of the best ensemble pieces of television I’ve seen. The way they make sure to integrate all the characters into each other’s storylines and provide everyone a substantial amount of backstory and character development so no one appears two dimensional or flimsy is phenomenal. You’ll find that in a lot of ensemble pieces characters take turns being neglected in order to give screen time to one particular storyline to develop and it truly is a testament to the writing of Nancy Drew that they keep the show so well balanced. The characters are so closely written together that you never feel like you’re becoming out of touch with any singular character. The show has just continued to grow and excel each episode and that deserves a lot of praise.

I’d like to congratulate miss Victoria Justice on her music comeback and thank her for this song encouraging self love and treating oneself better because a lot of us need to hear this kind of message more often and be reminded that we indeed are too hard on ourselves over miniscule things sometimes. Let’s treat ourselves better!

I really appreciate how layered of a movie US is even in little details. Like how Evil Winston Duke is always glaring and you think its because he’s evil and mad but then you realize Evil Winston Duke isn’t glaring he’s actually squinting to see because he doesn’t have the glasses he needs to see like Good Winston Duke has. Which all plays into what US has to say about privilege and access and has real life parallels like something as small as access to prescription glasses is a privilege that actually gives you a huge advantage over people who do not have the means of getting glasses.
