Hello class, today I’d like to talk about this moment and how much I loved it. The way she asks like, haha I’m smiling so you can’t tell that I’m terrified of your answer is so heartbreaking and vulnerable. She’s been mulling over decisions that changed her life, one of which was leaving Mulder. They found their way back to each other, started dating again, and Mulder is clearly ALL IN (Like Luke Danes), but she’s still a little nervous to ask the question because, as evidenced in the first seven seasons, sometimes you can’t tell when someone is completely head over heels, would jump off a building if you asked them to, in love.
