I am kind of surprised that "D&D: Honor Among Thieves" isn't getting as much [tumblr] love as it deserves. This is my contribution:

My mother, who understands D&D only as that loud nerd event which takes over the dining room four nights a month, loved the movie.

Tumblr is known and also spoken of by its user base for its high proportion of lgbt+ users, but I'm curious as to if the lgbt+ user base is actually as large as though or if its just confirmation bias, so...

This is the post that finally reduced my migraine. I tried literally everything—including shots—and nope. It was this post that did it. I had a 7-9 out of 10 migraine from June 2022 to April 2023. One medication put me in the ER. (‘I need to do a cognitive assessment’ ‘…’ ‘I want you to go to the ER’ <— BAD DAY)

I saw this post. Saw a comment saying it helped with their headaches. Compared the price tag to a year of medications that did fuck-all.

My neck hurts less. My hip basically doesn’t hurt at all. My migraine dropped to 4-6 and then 3-5. Then 2-4. Now it’s no longer constant.

I think this post needs a signal boost. I need to show these to my friends and family to see if any of them have a form of colorblindness.

some people are so so so unwilling to acknowledge that - even if they are disabled in some way - there are disabled people who cannot do whatever they think most people can do. some disabled people can't leave the house. some disabled people will need support to run a blog like this. some disabled people are spending all their energy on managing their health to do whatever else you think is more important. if a disabled person says "i can't do x" there is never a time where it's appropriate to say "i did it and i'm disabled" because all you've said is that you're less impacted by that disability than the other person
