what if i told you there was one user on the russian social network/ video sharing website odnoklassniki/oднокла́ссники that has uploaded nearly every movie ever from 1896 to the current day, mostly with subtitles. and including that has uploaded every criterion collection film in full hd with subtitles. for free. all hail ok.ru user fleurinna guta

they keep their films in unlisted folders so you cant just see them all on their profile unfortunately but ill provide links. also don't ask me why this user separates their films in this way, i don't know and frankly it confuses me too.

  1. EUROPEAN FILMS (sometimes includes west asian films?)
  2. JAPANESE FILMS
  3. CLASSIC FILMS (aka american and British films)
  4. "MISC FILMS" (aka films from everywhere that isn't the usa, europe, japan. sometimes films from the GDR are in here which is confusing again because communist germany was still part of europe)

this is a much better alternative to stuff like 123movies or bflix because there are no hot singles in your area or games that you wont last 5 minutes playing. hope u enjoy and let us all praise and embrace user fleurinna guta

oh heck yeah

ok.ru is always my go to for safer film finding and is great for hard to find gems 

so just verifying for anyone hesitant that it’s an alright site to use and you can use it without logging in as long as you don’t mind either hitting skip on the login prompt regularly OR just fullscreen a video to avoid seeing it entirely.

Look, kinning is not the same as having DID. Not only is it a controversial diagnosis but the prevalence means it is impossible for every teen on social media to have it. The ways y'all talk about systems illustrate that you don't even understand the disorder you claim to have. So no. I don't believe you. I think you need help for other reasons but all in all this is a cringe stage you'll hopefully grow out of.

I was literally beaten, insulted to feel completely useless and suicidal and screamed at. I had to deal with my dad beating my mother every other fucking night. I haven't deleted anything buddy. I'm sorry that you were abused and faced difficulties. But it is literally impossible for every single person online who claims to have DID to have it, it's a hotly debated diagnosis anyway, and one which is currently being spread via social contagion. Feel free to rage, but you really should be seeing a therapist and maybe spending more time offline while you work through your trauma. Any therapist worth their salt would be able to recognize that kinning or taking on the identity of a fictional character is not how DID works.

I would know, as I have a psych degree.

I feel like people don't talk enough about how insane the ending of Kung Fu Panda is.

There's an almost-universal truism in kids' movies that the hero can't kill anyone. Not even the Big Bad, no matter how warranted it is in the moment or how much the audience wants it. You simply can't do that. Heroes don't kill.

There are exceptions, but this truism is especially universal in the studio that's practically synonymous with kids' films: Disney.

That's why so many Disney villains end up accidentally killing themselves. Usually by falling off of something:

I can only think of four heroes in the entire Disney catalog that deliberately, intentionally choose to kill a sapient, intelligent villain, and all of them were self-defensive and in the heat of the moment, where sparing the villain wasn't an option:

....and then Dreamworks came along, said "fuck that," and had their goofy, lovable Jack Black character ice a motherfucker just 'cause.

Po has already completely won the fight. The day has been saved. He has Tai Lung at his mercy. Tai Lung is terrified:

And Po's not even reluctant about it. There's no burden of responsibility. He doesn't even give his thoroughly beaten opponent a chance to surrender or be banished or something. They didn't just have Po kill, they had him enjoy it because his method of murder is so wicked cool.

Po is a hero in a kids' movie who not only kills his villain, but fucking executes him. All with that signature Dreamworks smirk on his face:
