personally if i’m out walking and smell laundry or someone else’s cooking or campfire i immediately get hit with a wave of nearly overwhelming comfort. on account of the joie de vivre
within reason = normally no dogs scare you. so not including stuff like an attack dog being sent after you, a rabid dog, an angry dog literally seconds from sinking their teeth into you, etc
