Hey! I'd be happy too! The first thing you should know is the more shots you have the longer the collab will go. I recommend starting small if this is your first time hosting a multi animator project(like a song or a portion of an episode). Also make sure you keep a list of shots and animators working on them as you go(I use google sheets to keep track of everything). Making a discord is helpful so you can contact anyone and see updates, also its a great way to meet new people and other animators can get in contact with other animators. But if discord gets to confusing to keep track of, email or Dm's might be a better choice to get in contact with someone.

Also making deadlines is important because after the deadline has passed and you haven't heard back from one of the animators, it's important to message them to see were they are in their progress. That way you can gage how much time someone needs and you can extend the deadline for them. If they don't message back in awhile it's time to reassign the shot to a new animator. It's common for people to forget what projects they work on especially if life gets kind of crazy, also it's a project that people should do for fun, it always makes me sad to reassign shot to someone else but it's for the best if you want to keep on track to complete the project.

Hosting big collaborations is a lot of work but it's really fun! If you do feel a little overwhelmed handling so many shots and animators, don't be afraid to ask a friend to help you out.
