greetings, esteemed one 👉👈 how do you feel about receiving fanart? do you want to be tagged in the post or just in a reply? do you have a special tag that you check for posted fanart? do you want to be send the post in a message or so? as a link in your asks? my brain has been exploding after reading MGMF and refuses to be normal about anything and of course i sketched like 17383626 silly little doodles of rourke&violet in increasingly dumb scenarios and i just wanna make sure i'm not overstepping anything anywhere. also while i'm already here, i really enjoyed the emotional depth and just the feelings you put into it! like obvs the smexy tension is through the roof and so so delicious but the small tidbits of violet fantasizing sfw about rourke and a debt-free life got to me, that was so incredibly touching and real and also that chapter of rourke going "YOU. where WERE u omg i missed u sm" is probs my fave bc of how close and intimiate they already are simply from having seen each other for weeks at that point, and also how... open and curious violet is and how non-bitter she is towards it all? like she could've gone full denial and torturing herself by not working on days rourke came in anymore but homegirl powered through and look at her now. with a big beautiful beefy boyfriend, in a beautiful new neighbourhood, with loving new friends. her crops watered, her skin clean, flourishing. what a dream. i love her and i love rourke and i love MGMF and i cannot wait for next month when i got paid and i can splurge on so many books of yours and read and read and read.

I got today your newest book How To Marry a Marble Marquise and I'm SO excited to read it! Really! I never read novels because I have problems visualizing what I see but I love your monster romance books so much that I'm absolutely reading them. Will Marquise's story be a stand-alone or a first book of a longer series? Asking because I know some of your books will be series, if I have understood right.

Silas & Eleanor are a standalone, although the brother Silas writes to is the quartermaster of the Malediction, the pirate ship in To Ravish A Rogue (which is my biggest planned release of the year!) They are a part of the Talons & Temptations series, which will be a series of historical standalones.

So here’s another funny situation with my friend;
Listening to ‘Girls Weekend’ on my phone, she taps me on the shoulder an she’s got that ‘oooh I found something your gonna loooove’ look on her face. So I lean over and see an Anime picture of a cute guy with cat ears and tail, I shrug cause I’ve seen plenty of them.
“Cute” i replied and was about to turn back to my book when I notice the ‘WTF’. So I ask her whats wrong.
Her reply. “I just showed you a picture of a monster boy an thats ‘all’ you have to say?”
My reply. “That…is not a Monster boyfriend, thats just a boy who put on ears and tail to smooth his way into any girl’s heart. Before you get on my case in saying ‘he is a monster’ let me clarify something. A ‘monster’ is a creature that has little to almost ‘NO’ human characteristics at times, sure they can be bipedal but let me remind you that the monsters of the stories I read are Orc’s who stand close to 9ft tall, muscles that make Hercules look downright scrawny but hearts as warm and as soft as a well toasted marshmellows soaking in hot chocolate, or the lizard man who desires the company of a woman who can look past the ‘beast’ and see the individual he is.”
Friend: You’re not serious are you?!
Me: Yes, I’m very serious. Just because some cute boy puts on demon horns and a tail doesn’t mean he’s a ‘monster’ per-say. Sure you can say their ‘demons/aliens in disguise’ but even then that just boring! Where’s the hellfire hunk who has fangs that could rip metal to pieces yet has hands as soft as silk that cradle you as if you were made of the most fragile of glass! There’s a HUGE difference between monster lovers and….this. [points to pic of anime boy with cat ears] Its comparing apples to apples, accept one apple…is the true forbidden fruit of the two.
