i personally love drinking fruit infused water, so i decided to compile a list of some recipe ideas and their benefits!
blueberry and orange detox water
ingredients: 2 mandarin oranges, cut into wedges, handful of blueberries
benefits: oranges increase metabolism and tone skin, blueberries help curb appetite
lemon and mint detox water
ingredients: ½ lemon, a few sprigs of mint
benefits: helps increase metabolism and promotes weight loss
raspberry and mint water
ingredients: ¼ cup raspberries, 2 tbs fresh mint leaves
benefits: raspberries have cleansing properties and mint helps relieve stress
cucumber water
ingredients: ½ peeled and chopped cucumber
benefits: rehydrating properties

Lazy ana snacks and meals
- Rice Rolls 🌻 these are super yummy and only 37.5 calories each
- Enlightened birthday cake ice cream bars 🌻 they’re only 70 calories and they taste sooooo good
- apples and oranges 🌻 these fruits are known to be very satiating plus they’re generally low cal
- natures promise 40 calorie bread 🌻 yes, 40 calories a slice, SO GOOD
- air popped popcorn 🌻 a cup is around 35 calories and it’s pretty filling
- egg white omelet 🌻 if you use 2 egg whites it’s only around 40 calories
- sugar free jello 🌻 5 cals per container. enough said.
- sugar free popsicles 🌻 only 15 calories and they help satisfy junk food cravings
- baked sweet potato fries 🌻 okay so I make this a lot and it’s around 120 calories depending on the size of the potato, i cut it up into fry shapes and don’t use oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake until browned
- low cal pb&j 🌻 i highly recommend this if you love peanut butter. i use 2 slices of 40 calorie bread, 1 serving of powdered peanut butter, and a tbsp of no sugar added jelly. this comes out to only 160 calories!
- mac n cheese cup 🌻 alright, i know this is not the healthiest, but hear me out. one cup is 220 calories and if you’re craving junk this helps so much!
- turkey sandwich 🌻 2 slices of 40 cal bread, 1-2oz of low sodium turkey breast, light mayo, and a teeny bit of dijon for flavor (only 1 cal, but optional). this totals to about 160 calories depending on the amount of mayo used

This is honestly one of my saviours because it stops me binging and feeling hungry. Water doesn’t stop my appetite anywhere near as much as this does. It’s because it’s warm so your stomach is able to feel full more.

- Paint your nails so you can’t reach into that bag of chips.
- Having cravings ? Boil some water and put lemon in it. It’s a natural laxative and helps with cramps (especially during that time of the month).
- Hard day? Add peppermint or Eucalyptus oil into your bath. [I sell bath soaks with these scents for literally $5 - $10. Just ask or I can tell you how to make it !]
- Just feel down? Stretch and light a candle. Hell, suck on ice cubes ! It’ll stimulate your brain.
- Close to breaking? Pop in a piece of gum or a peppermint. It’s okay!
RULES
* Note that these are guidelines I wrote for myself to follow. I do not encourage anyone to try and live by these *
- Eating only between 9 AM and 9 PM, no before or after
- A bottle of green tea a day
- 800 calories or less a day unless following a specific diet
- One cheat day per month
- Fasting once every two weeks for 24 hours, can extend if wanted
- Keep a supply of sugar-free gum and rice cakes for when cravings creep up
- Weigh in every morning after using the restroom and before drinking any water
- Eat normal after binge days to avoid binge/restrict cycle
