And especially, normalize not needing to have the perfect reason to not have kids. You don’t need a fear of pregnancy/childbirth, fear of passing a hereditary illness or finance issues. Normalize not having kids just because you don’t want to have them.

This is the full story of After the Bridge, a tale for those who might have wondered what Tessa and Jem did after they met on Blackfriars Bridge in the epilogue of Clockwork Princess. If you’ve been waiting to read it until it was done, it is now done.

We really need to address the fact that women aren’t more likely to be asexual than men. Ace men are more likely to be closeted especially to themselves because society tells them that they must be sexual/are sex obsessed/be attracted to people and in particular women. And it can be extrememly difficult to look at yourself and say “wow I guess I’m not the way society says I should be”.
Ace men deserve mad respect for figuring themselves out.
