This is a master list of my works, since several people have asked about one, and it’s come to my attention that the page on my blog may be difficult for mobile users to use.

Now this is just insane

Why, just why

I’m fine with the fact that there’s some people that hate bkdk but—

Please.

This is a whole new level, and honestly.

I’m

How,—really—, how can someone take things so seriously?

I t’s j u s t a m a n g a
I t’s j u s t A S h i p
NO ONE deserves to be hated like this.

And in case the anti who made the flag forgot.- bkdk shippers are people too, they are just having fun shipping what they want and they don’t need help because of it.

Also— antis, i don’t care if you keep hating us, really!!, in fact.

It kinda shows the kind of person you are!!!

Have a nice day ;^)

some musing about the upcoming internship and a forthcoming character interaction

so I was rereading the last couple of chapters, and I think this line from Aizawa

Image

makes a lot more sense now given that we know that this child

is about to embark upon an internship with this man:

and like, I know what we’re all thinking. “is it really a good idea to let Todoroki ‘I sacrificed my entire family in my pursuit of the number one spot’ Enji mentor Bakugou ‘I sacrificed an entire friendship because I was so desperate to be the best that I convinced myself that the nicest child in the world was looking down on me’ Katsuki.” believe me, I was thinking it too. but you know what, though? yes.

first, because both Bakugou and Endeavor are different people now than when this series first began. second, because Endeavor is actually one step ahead of Katsuki in that he’s actually gained full self-awareness now and is cognizant of the fact that he’s been a complete piece of shit for the past twenty-five years. he has gained Perspective. now, Katsuki is, on the whole, a much less terrible person than Endeavor was at his worst, and he’s also well underway on his own redemption journey. but self-awareness is still something he lacks to a mildly concerning degree. Endeavor’s got a much better handle on that. and the fact that he’s spent the past six months finally developing a conscience is great timing for this internship, if not so much for Enji’s own family. sorry this asshole procrastinated his epiphany for so long, Todoroki fam.

third, I don’t know if you guys have noticed, but there are a few parallels between Katsuki and Endeavor! YOU DON’T SAY! but yeah, lol. and maybe, just maybe, there is something Katsuki could learn from a fellow antisocial jerk who’s obsessed with winning. I say this with all the love in the world. Katsuki has many good traits; Deku would be the first to tell you. and he’s gotten a lot better in just the past three months at cooperating with others. but he’s still terrible at controlling his temper. still godawful at interacting with other people. he hears perfectly normal questions and interprets them as challenges or insults and responds accordingly. he has the general temperament of a feral honey badger, and I could keep roasting him tbh but you get the idea. anyway, my point is that he’s a Grumpy Gus in need of an intervention, and his previous mentors’ gentle hugs and enlightening hairstyling sessions have only done so much. this kid needs some Real Talk straight from a motherfucker who’s been there himself.

because hear me out. “shut up and follow me” isn’t all that different from “just watch me,” really. but one of those phrases set off resounding applause at the JP Hero Billboard Ceremony, and the other is the type of thing that apparently gets you edited out from television interviews. Bakugou’s determination and fighting spirit are his greatest strengths, just as they are Endeavor’s. he just needs to learn to express them in a way that inspires others, rather than sending them running in the other direction.

and for that, he could do worse than this guy.

and it sure as fuck won’t hurt Endeavor to do a little more good and to try and not fuck up some kids’ lives for a change. can you do that, Enji. please, for everyone’s sake, do your best.

anyways, so yeah. this should be really interesting, and I’m looking forward to it. and it really is amazing how much character development has taken place to get us to a point where I’m excited and hopeful about this interaction rather than being anxious as fuck. but we have come a long way. good job, Horikoshi.
