Ans: I’ve done a lot of stupid things. When I was 2, I liked going to the nearby park to feed ducks. And then one day, I ran towards the ducks and they all started running and I started running with the ducks towards the lake and then my dad had to rush in to catch me before I could jump into the lake with the ducks.

My mom got really scared and needless to say, my parents never took me to feed the ducks after that. They were afraid that I might run away again.

(Also, I once tried to melt chocolate by microwaving it directly and ended up burning a big hole in the container and the whole house was full of smoke)

this is a conversation i actually joined in on after 10 minutes of listening because i loved the premise so much, but at a quizbowl tournament two guys were discussing politics in regards to lovecraftian gods and the greek pantheon. stuff like “would you vote athena or cthulu for president, and what are their policies post-election”. it was absolutely hilarious. quizbowl is amazing because everyone there inevitably shares the same sense of dumb-yet-intellectual surreally chaotic humor.
