plot:

andrew only speaks in medieval english, writes on parchment with a quill, bites his thumb instead of saluting, curtsies in every scene and rides a wheelbarrow pulled by ponies. kevin’s actor has a sword at all times. instead of exy, they joust.

wymack puts owo between every word. nicky and matt fence each other at the start of every scene with no explanation. instead of alcohol, kevin drinks kool aid. renee plays the cello and becomes a cello midway.

kevin talks in 2000s slang. neil raps the ykigi while kevin beatboxes in the background and aaron breakdances.

dan eats an entire raw egg in every scene. matt eats a raw egg with her but combines it with monster energy. kevin eats eggs with the shell. when dan and matt run out of eggs, they eat seth and kiss in the middle.

I’ve been thinking about Kevin (as usual) and I really wanted to write the coversation in The King’s Men between Wymack and Kevin when Kevin gives him the letter. So hopefully this does it justice and explores what I think is potentially a very interesting dynamic in the books.

Kevin steeled himself against the doorframe, swallowing around his growing nausea at the prospect of this conversation. He couldn’t wait long; the door was open and just standing there would seem creepy and suspicious. He ran his thumb over the worn letter he held in his palm, trying to draw strength from it the same way he had the night he left Evermore for good. Unfortunately, today it wasn’t doing much for his nerves.

“What do you need, kid?”

He shook himself out of his reverie and thought he was successful wiping his face clean of emotion, but clearly he wasn’t from the way Coach’s face fell.

“What is it? Which idiot do I have to kill?”

“No one. I just need to talk to you.”

Wymack gestured to the chair by his desk while Kevin closed the door.

Once he was in the office, they sat there in silence for almost a whole minute before Wymack finally broke it with, “Look, whatever happened, it’ll be worse if you don’t tell me. And if it’s Riko, I need to know.”

“It’s not Riko.”

Atlanta Police Walkout In Protest Following Murder Charge Against Officer Who Shot Rayshard Brooks

The head of Atlanta’s police union confirmed Wednesday June 17th, 2020 that officers from the Atlanta Police Department in Zones 3 and 6 walked off the job Wednesday afternoon.  

Vince Champion, southeast regional director of the International Brotherhood of Police officers, said that police officers had stopped answering calls midshift, in response to charges against Officer Garrett Rolfe who is accused of murdering Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta.

Police are doing what they call the BlueFlu: a strike action, especially among police officers, in which workers are absent on the pretext of “sickness”.
