Another banger from /r/stupiddovenests - at least the tag is appropriate this time
JUST THE COWORKER I HATE • JEY USO • PART FIVE
WORD COUNT: 2.4k
The fans were already screaming, and the event hadn't even started yet. It was Saturday, and my match wasn't until later on tonight. However, Jey was kicking off the show with his match against Gunther, and he had a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship.
If Jey won tonight, he would be capturing his first ever singles world championship. He's always been known as a twin and part of a tag team his whole career, and tonight he has the chance to prove to everyone that he can be a singles star as well.
Ever since last night when Jey helped me out with my full-blown panic attack--and my sexual frustrations--I just couldn't seem to get enough of him. I woke up snug right up next to him, and it was the best feeling in the world. And the first thing we did after we woke up was having another round of mind-blowing, eyes-rolling-in-the-back-of-your-head sex.
We went to the arena separately, though. What we had going on was relatively new to us, and having so many people bombard us while we are supposed to be focusing on the biggest matches of our career would not have been the right way to go.
I was able to catch Jey before he went up to the concourse for his entrance. His head was dipped down, spraying water into his hair until the ends of his hair were dripping with pebbles of water. His head stayed down, but his eyes shifted over to the left where I was just approaching him. There was barely anyone around, other than backstage crew members hustling around making sure everything was in check.
“I was wonderin’ where you was at, sweetheart.” Jey spoke, standing up straight and ruffling his fingers through his hair to separate the curls. I smiled softly, taking my hand and stroking it through his hair myself. “Sorry, I was caught up talking to Liv. But I did want to catch up to you before you went out.”
“Oh, yeah?” He asked, a knowing grin forming on his lips. I nodded, running my hands down his black, blue, and gold gear. “Yeah, wanted to wish you luck. I hope you win.”
Jey looked around the area, then his eyes dipped back down to me. He lowered his head, pressing a soft kiss on my head.
“Thank you, ma. I’ll be sure to catch you before your match.”
“Okay.” I replied softly, wrapping my arms around his muscular waist. His hands copied mine, rubbing circles on my lower back. He pulled me closer, until there wasn’t a whisper of space between us. I never, never thought I’d be hugging Jey Uso, ever. Let alone sleep with him.
But after these past few months of being forced to be around him 24/7, something has definitely shifted. I’ve been craving his presence. I’ve been craving his touch. And especially after he gave me the best orgasms of my life last night, I’ve been craving everything about him much more.
It was also the fact that he didn’t hesitate to end his night early to come back to the hotel room to help me with my panic attack. There was no frustration behind it. He wasn’t angry. He was there for me when I needed him most.
And that—that flipped a switch inside of me.
I left the hallway, rubbing my right ass cheek Jey slapped as I left, thinking it was funny. But I would be lying if I said I wasn’t grinning like a damn fool all the way back to the locker rooms.
I was laser focused on Jey’s match. The crowd was behind him this whole feud, hyping him up during his entrances and making the whole arena shake with thunderous cheers. There were so many near falls that had me at the edge of my seat, especially when Jey was the one to kick out at the final millisecond.
I was alone in the locker room. Many of the girls liked hanging out in catering or other areas backstage, so I had the room to myself. That gave me the fortunate opportunity to react in any way I could. I could stare at the devastatingly handsome man on the monitor and not get caught doing so.
Jey suddenly trapped Gunther in the sleeper hold, obviously holding tight enough for Gunther to fall to the mat. He fought to get out of Jey’s hold, but then, the unbelievable happened.
Gunther tapped.
Jey was the new world heavyweight champion.
A gasp left my mouth as I slapped my palm against my lips. The whole place went feral, screaming and cheering as Jey was announced the new champion. Jey looked like he almost didn’t believe the moment himself. But when he held that belt in his arms and took a good look at it, you could tell the realization sunk in.
I was so proud. Unbelievably proud. Jey, this man who was always known as ‘the other twin’ or ‘a tag team star’ has won his first singles world championship. And he did it all by himself. He beat one of the best in the business.
Just as I watched as Jey started heading up the stairs through the crowd with his twin Jimmy, a knock on the locker room door sounded through the empty room. I turned around, watching as a backstage employee pointed at me. “You’re up in half an hour. Get ready.” She said before closing the door.
I closed my eyes, starting Jey’s breathing exercises he taught me last night, knowing that if I didn’t, I’d break down on the spot. My match was coming up. My WrestleMania moment was here. It was now or never.
Jey wasn’t able to see me before I went out. Although a part of me was upset, I completely understood. He just became world heavyweight champion. He probably had a bunch of media stuff and interviews bombarding him after his match.
I stood in the gorilla, looking at myself in the mirror in deep thought. Liv was behind me, her title wrapped around her waist and her gear fitting her body perfectly.
“Alright, let’s go kill it, girl.” Liv spoke, massaging my shoulders once. I nodded, turning towards her way and sending a small smile. I swear, I thought I was about to projectile vomit all over the room. I felt like I was on the verge of that horrible panic attack I suffered yesterday.
But then my music started blasting through the arena.
The crowd rose to their feet, phones out, lights flashing, and cheers deafening the arena. I plastered a smile on my face, forcing myself through the curtain and out onto the stage.
There were so many people. So many people. They were all on their feet, cheering for me. The adrenaline that spiked through my body cleared my anxiety, and it felt just the slightest bit easier to breathe.
Liv came out after me, Dominik by her side as always. I jumped up and down in place, warming up my body even though the air in Las Vegas was already warm itself. I tried focusing only on Liv and the title, but my mind and eyes kept wandering off to every single fan in the large arena.
From the start, the match had everyone hooked. There wasn't a single moment where the crowd made zero noise. There was always some cheering and some booing. The boos did get excessively loud when Dominik interfered in the match one too many times.
At the fifteen minute mark of our match, Liv and I were both drained. We were giving it our all, and everyone could see how exhausted we were. When we both rose to our feet after hitting a series on each other, Dom got up on the apron and distracted the ref. I stomped up to Dom myself, pointing my finger in his face.
"Get out of here! What are you doing!?" I yelled, loud enough for the cameras to pick up. Dom grinned, his eyes glancing behind me to where I could hear Liv approaching me. I quickly stepped to the side, and Liv hit Dom with a running forearm, knocking him off the apron. The crowd cheered and laughed as Liv gasped, and I took that pause as an advantage.
When Liv turned around, I performed her own finisher, the Oblivion, and sent her face down to the mat. My heart was racing, my body was sweating, and adrenaline pumped through my veins as I climbed to the top rope, hitting Liv with a frog splash that I was taught from the best. I scrambled on top of Liv, hooking one of her legs with my arm and pinned her shoulders to the mat.
Three slams sounded from the mat, and my music echoed throughout the large stadium. My body was drained, all my energy completely gone as I stared up at the baby blue sky and the sun over-shining the ring.
"Here is your winner, and the NEW WWE women's world champion, Y/N!"
The ref kneeled down next to my side as I sat myself up straight. My lip trembled as all of these surreal emotions came pouring down onto me. I choked up a sob, reality setting in when the prestigious title was placed in my sweaty, sore arms. I dipped my forehead down, resting it on the cool material of the gold belt. I couldn't believe it. I was the champion. I was at the top of the mountain.
I did it.
I rose to my feet, letting the ref take my hand as we faced towards the hard cam. I raised my title up with the ref, my eyes wandering over every single cheering fan on their feet for me. I hugged the title to my chest, shutting my eyes and soaking in the almost unreal moment.
"You are amazing, Y/N. And tomorrow, you are going to remind everyone who don’t know who you fuckin’ are." Jey's words flurried in my mind. Just thinking of him, and how supportive he's been throughout this whole road made me fight back my unshed tears.
The cameras were off, but I still had a good ten minutes to celebrate before I made my way backstage. I slid out from under the ring, jumping onto the Spanish announce table. The fans all out in front of me, and behind me as well, cheered once again for my victory.
When I closed my eyes once more, I saw Jey. I just pictured him standing in the gorilla, waiting for me backstage with the biggest smile on his face. I pictured me falling into his arms, embracing his warmth and thanking him over and over for giving me the support and motivation I needed to go out and compete on the grandest stage of them all.
I pictured him dipping his head on my shoulder, whispering his praises into my ear. Telling me how proud he was of me. Telling me that he knew I could do it.
I couldn't have done this without Jey. I couldn't have done anything without him.
"Let's go! I knew you could do it!" I heard a faint voice exclaim over the deafening crowd that seemed to have gotten ten times louder. I opened my eyes, furrowing my brows when I saw everyone in front of me doing Jey's 'yeet' movement with their arms. My breath got caught in my lungs, and I turned around to finally see what all of the chaos was about.
There he was. Jey stood in the ring, wearing a simple set of black joggers and a black t-shirt, his title wrapped around his waist that he won earlier tonight. My face immediately crumpled, those unshed tears forming in my eyes once more. Jey stayed where he was in the middle of the ring, that bright smile that I've been daydreaming of planted on his lips.
I jumped off the announce table, heading straight inside the ring. Not caring who was watching in the audience or who was watching backstage, I headed straight towards where I needed to be.
In his arms.
I didn't hear the crowd's wild cheers, I didn't see the phones flashing their lights at us, I didn't hear the clicks of the cameras from the photographers, I just sank. I sank into his arms, hugging him so tight, afraid that he'd disappear if I let go. His head rested on top of mine, his large frame towering over my smaller one.
"You did it, sweetheart." He whispered, his breath cascading over the shell of my ear. I pinched my lips in an attempt to contain my emotions, but it didn't work all too well. I lifted my head off his chest, my glossy eyes staring into his. His expression was one I've never seen before. He looked so happy. He looked so proud. He was proud of me.
Even though there were more than ten thousand phones recording us at that moment, I didn't hesitate for one moment when I gently caressed his freshly washed face, pulling him down so my lips could reach his. It could've been the heat of the moment. It could've been the adrenaline. But one thing I know for certain is that I'm kissing a man who I love. A man who cares for me. A man who supports me and lifts me off the ground when I've been hit. A man whom I'm so proud to claim as mine.
His arms wrapped around my waist, pulling my flush against his body, not even bothering the fact that I was drenched with sweat. He didn't kiss me forcefully. He didn't kiss me with domination. But he kissed me with devotion. Long, slow strokes that told me that it wasn't for show.
This was Jey kissing me for who I am, not for who I was acting to be.
Jey separated himself, knowing all too well that once he starts, it gets harder to stop. He picked my title up from the mat, twirling his finger in a circle motioning for me to turn around. I smiled, my lips feeling swollen and plump as I turned around, letting Jey do the honor of wrapping the title around my waist.
"I'm so proud of you." Jey whispered in my ear, his arms rubbing softly up and down my arms. I turned my head around, looking up into those deep brown eyes that have been torturing me in the best way possible these past few weeks. I let my eyes fall closed as Jey planted a soft kiss on my forehead.
His finger gently brushed under my chin, and I opened my eyes once again. I smiled up at Jey, letting the fans continue their swooning.
"Everyone knows who you fuckin' are now, sweetheart."

Club LIV
Las Vegas, NV
Destiny’s POV
“Girl, he’s going to be on yo ass when he sees you. You know what you doin’, wearing his favorite color.”
“He’s not going to see me, Trin.. He’s bout drunk as hell now and besides blue is my favorite color too,” I chuckled watching Jey and Jimmy’s playful banter on the red carpet as they waited to talk to Schomo. I had been able to avoid him all week thus far, but I knew tonight I had to be extra careful.
“You know he was worried you wouldn’t come.”
“Trin, of course I was coming to celebrate him. He’s earned this and I promised him I would be here when this day would come and I always keep my promises no matter how things ended,” I said feeling a sense of pride looking at him embrace victory that so many told him wasn’t possible.
"They gave it to him," jimmy said with a smile as Jey chuckled.
"They did-"
"This interview bout to go off the rails, isn’t it?" Trin whispered, her eyes sparkling with amusement as I nodded in agreement. “You know it, them, alcohol and an open mic is dangerous.” I chuckled knowing the poor interviewer has no idea what he’s in for.
"Well deserved-"
"I did-"
"Earned it-"
"Like a mufucka’-"
"Even if they say you're not good-"
"I'm good as fuck-"
"You're really good-"
"AF-"
Trin and I couldn’t hold it in anymore and began laughing. “Girl, let me get outta here before Jey sees me. I can’t with them two.”
"Ion even know why you hidin? He’s gon’ find you.”
I knew Trin was right; Jey had a knack for finding me, no matter how crowded the venue. "Maybe he will….Maybe he won’t.”
“Uh huh, you can run but you can’t hide, girl!”
“Bye Trin.”
With a deep breath, I pushed away from the velvet ropes and made my way through the throng of people, my heart beating faster with each step. The music grew louder as I went up to the upper level and found a secluded corner that offered a perfect view of the stage below in hopes of keeping a low profile. About thirty minutes later Jey’s theme filled the club as Jimmy followed him onto the stage.
The energy on another level as Jey had the crowd in the palm of his hands bouncing their arms and bodies to the beat. “You betta do it,” I whispered as he seemed to be basking in his deserved moment of glory dancing, showing off his championship, and looking around in the crowd.
The lights grew brighter as the DJ dropped the beat, and the crowd roared in unison as "All I Do Is Win" by DJ Khaled blared through the speakers. Jey’s beautiful smile lighting up the room, and for a moment, I allowed myself to get swept up in excitement as he looked up, his gaze scanning the balcony breaking out in a bright smile as he spotted me.
He pointed to his heart and then back at me. I knew what it meant, it was a silent acknowledgment, a nod to the history and love we once shared and still did if I’m being honest with myself.
I couldn't help but return the gesture, with a small smile joining the crowd as they paused their hands in the air before bouncing them up and down following the words of the song.
Jey nodded, finally joining in as well before the DJ turned the song off. “Aye dat was a good choice.”
“Sexy fucker,” I whispered. He was indeed the life of the party, and I couldn’t help the tingle that shot down my spine as he kept occasionally looking at me, making sure I was still there.
After their interview as he headed to the VIP area he looked up at me once again, almost daring me to try to leave without speaking to him.
“You don’t control me,” I mumbled heading back downstairs, opting to hit the patio instead for a less loud scene in hopes of making a getaway soon. “Can I help you ma’am?” the bartender asked.
“Uh, I’ll take a Margarita, extra salt on the rim please,” I whispered looking over the menu at the bar as he fixed my drink. Everything looked so good, and I was hungry, catering at WrestleMania was a lil dull this year.
“Have you decided if you’d like anything else?” the bartender asked as I nodded taking my drink. That chicken alfredo was calling my name.
“Um, yes let me-”
“She’ll have your chicken Alferdo, chicken fried extra crispy, Uce. Wit her salad, she’ll take a ranch, no tomato, no onions, extra croutons and she wants romaine lettuce instead of iceberg,” Jey interrupted as I sighed, fuck he followed me out to the patio. The bartender smiled and wrote down my order.
“That’s cool you know your girl’s order, you rarely see that these days,” The bartender said, as I turned to see Jey taking off his Ray-Bans, smirking.
“I’m not-”
“What can I say? I always pay attention to her even when she thinks I’m not.”
“Sir, you don’t have to make it, I’m getting ready to leave anyway,” I whispered reaching in my purse to pay for my drink.
“Put her drink on my tab, and her food. Just make it to go for her, Uce.”
“Yes sir.” The bartender smiled heading back inside to turn in my order, leaving us alone as I turned back around to get my napkin to put under my drink.
“Thanks, but you didn’t have to do that,” I sighed turning to face him again almost stumbling back as he was my space. “Jey-”
“Thank you for coming,” he whispered looking down at me as I tried to not get lost in his beautiful eyes as he gently wrapped his arm around my shoulder pulling me close.
“You know I never break a promise, and congratulations by the way, the right man finally won the big one,” I said clearing my throat as he smiled.
“Des, where you been at?” His voice was a mix of sexiness and urgency as he moved his lips to my ear. Damn, right off the bat, Jey, really my mind sighed knowing what kind of shit he was on tonight.
“Jey,” I sighed trying to fight the magnetic pull between us.
“Destiny,” he sighed in return, the warmth of his breath tickled my ear as he repeated his question for the second time. "Where you been at, my Destiny?" My Destiny? Seriously?
I rolled my eyes but didn't resist, feeling a strange comfort in the familiarity of his touch. I leaned into his embrace slightly, " I been around, you know.. Same shit, different day," I said with one arm at his waist and the other holding my drink at arm’s length trying not to spill it as he clung to me like a second skin.
Jey leaned in closer, his eyes searching mine. "Why you avoidin’ me?
“I ain’t avoidin’ you-”
“I know why-”
“I’m not-”
“You still feel it, don't you? That’s why you avoidin’ me," he murmured.
My heart skipped a beat. I knew exactly what he meant. That unspoken bond, the one that had drawn us together, seemed to tighten its grip on me.
"Whatever, Jey," I said, trying to sound casual knowing it was getting to him that I seemed disinterested.
"Oh, so you really don't fuck with me no mo, huh?" his voice low and serious.
"Boy please, you don't fuck with me no more. Don’t you got ya’ whole ass thot on the NXT roster? So, why would I be tryin’ to fuck wit you and you with somebody else?” I tried to keep my tone light, but the words had a weight I couldn't shake.
Jey's grip tightened, his eyes flashing with a fiery intensity. "Don't play, you know I ain’t wit dat damn girl, Destiny. That shit that happened wit her was before I met you.”
“You may not be with her but in her mind, ya’ll damn sure together. That’s how people started to put dat shit together.”
“Des, I just needed some time to figure shit out. I ain’t never felt nothin’ like this so I was freakin’ the fuck out.”
“So much that you broke up with me?” I hissed as his eyes turned dark.
“Well, hell it ain’t like you was sad about it, I heard bout you and Tama.”
I pushed him away gently. "Ok, you doing alot....Matter fact, you doin’ too much, Jey. Like you said, you the one that needed space…Remember?" I said firmly, as he leaned in closer, lightly brushing his lips against my neck as I bit back a moan.
“Yea, I remember and everyday wish I could take dat shit back, you Know what else I remember, Des?”
“What, Jey?” I sighed as his hand slid down to my waist, his thumb tracing small circles across my hips.
“That you told me you’d always be mine...And you never break a promise, remember?”
“See doin’ too much,” I whispered trying to gather my composure as I felt him smirk against my neck.
“What baby?” he teased. “I ain’t doin’ too much, hell, I ain’t doin’ enough. You really out here lookin’ this fuckin’ good, thinkin’ I ain’t gon’ want you? That I ain’t gon’ want to touch you and be checkin’ for you?”
“Hell, that’s a personal problem as far as I see it, sir. And I know I look good; I don’t need you to tell me that, Jey. So yes, you doin’ too damn much right now.”
“No, I ain’t…….I just wanna know what's up wit you, it’s been a year, Mama. You just ran to smackdown and didn’t look back. I miss you.”
“That is on you not me. You said you needed space to grow, and I set you free.”
“Yea, but why I gotta hear through the grapevine Tama been takin’ you out on dates and been poppin’ up at yo’ house.”
“Who-”
“Aye, it don’t matter who told me,” he interrupted. “All I wanna know is have you gave it to him?” his voice thick with desire.
“Gave what to him, Jey?” I asked avoiding his intense gaze.
“You really gon’ make me say it, huh?”
“Say what?” I asked as he grasped my chin making me look up at him.
“Des, you know what.”
“No, I don’t and I ain’t got time for you to be you all up on me talkin’ in code, Jey,” I said as he kissed his teeth.
“Oh, you really want me to say it, don’t you? You think I won’t cause we in public?”
“Why you doin’ this? Actin’ like folks can’t hear or see us -”
“Ion give a fuck who hears me or sees, and I damn sure don’t care if they run to the internet wit it. Des, answer me, have you?” His hands now gripping my hips as his eyes raked over my body.
“Jey, let me go,” I whispered turned beyond belief because I knew what he was asking but I wanted to hear him say it.
“My pussy, Des… Have you gave it to him?" Jey asked, tuning out my protests.
“That’s none of your business,” I snapped, stepping back, breaking his hold trying to ignore the heat rushing to my thighs. Fuck….Why he gotta look and sound so sexy?
A storm of emotions danced across Jey’s face, his jaw twitching. He was really pressed. Jasmine, get it together, don’t fold.
"I know it ain’t my business, but I miss you, Des." he whispered, his voice carrying the weight of a thousand unspoken words, but I was still hurt.
"Yeah, I bet you do-"
"You leavin’ wit him?" he asked, his voice hoarse with need. “I saw him talkin’ to you earlier, is you leavin’ wit him?”
The question hanging between us as I sighed. "Don't worry about it, Jey.”
"Well, I am," Jey said, his hand caressing mine. "You know this ain’t over between us, Destiny."
I knew I should pull away and run for the hills, but I didn’t pull away. "You're drunk," I whispered.
"Maybe, I am a lil buzzed," he admitted with a shrug, his arm slipping back around my neck. "But I ain’t drunk and I know what I’m feelin’ for you ain’t wrong.”
“Feelings my ass, you tryin’ to stay in my business is what you doin’ and I don’t why when you the one that wanted to break up.”
“You ain’t gotta keep twisting the knife, reminding me how fuckin’ stupid I was. Why can’t you just have a moment wit me and just admit you miss me too? Instead, you givin’ me this 'Ion care stank ass attitude-”
"‘Cause you pissin’ me off! One minute you want space, and now you wanna act like you're hurting because my life is going on without you. Pick a fuckin’ struggle, Jey."
"Look, Ion wanna fight, Des," Jey pleaded as I sighed, my resolve cracking, the warmth of his hand sending a wave of desire through me.
"Why can’t you let me go?"
He leaned in closer, "Because I luv you and I just want to feel you again, D…I’m tired, Ma….None of this shit matters if you ain’t by my side," he murmured as I fought to keep my tears at bay.
"Jey-"
“I need you, Des…I need you so bad, Ma…The biggest night of my life, and all I can think about is you. Felt like I was on top of the world lookin’ up and seein’ you here for me, even after everything,” his voice breaking as I nodded, I couldn’t speak.
“I just wanna start over,” he whispered, his lips dangerously close to mine.
“Twin we got a few more interviews, damn, my bad.” Jimmy's arrival breaking the spell that had been weaving between us as I pulled away before our lips met as Jey growled at the interruption. “Yea, yo damn bad.”
“Jey, he didn’t mean no harm. He’s comin’ Jimmy.”
“I ain’t going nowhere.”
“Des, good to see you girl. You know I don’t be payin’ twin no mind.” Jimmy smiled looking at us as I took a step back, my cheeks flushed with a mixture of desire and embarrassment as Jey’s arm fell away.
“Jey just go do what you need to do.”
“Fine, I’m goin’ but don’t leave a’ight.”
“Twin, she ain’t goin’ nowhere, a promise is a promise,” Jimmy said as I cracked a smile in spite of myself. “Trin can’t hold fuckin’ water, I swear,” I scolded remembering what I had told her earlier as Jimmy laughed.
The three of us made our way back into the club. I tried to put the encounter with Jey out of her mind, focusing on the excitement of the night ahead but as I mingled throughout the club doing media, mingling with the fans and taking pictures. As I finally sat down to eat the food he ordered me, I could feel his eyes on me and then in true Jey fashion, the texts started rolling in.
"I knew you was hungry, Ma," it read, followed by a smirking emoji. "Don't leave without me," he had added. My stomach flipped, as I quickly shoved my phone back in my pocket to continue to eat my food.
“Asshole,” I muttered, I didn't know if I was more annoyed or turned on by his persistent attention. As the night grew later, I found myself in their VIP section, sipping a drink and talking to Trin, trying to ignore the tension that still lingered between us as I saw him vibing to the music alongside Jimmy.
After getting up and going to the restroom, I washed my hands, preparing to go back out. "You are not going to give in just yet, he is going to have to show he really wants this to work,” I mumbled to myself before taking a deep breath. When I opened the door, I almost collided with him.
"What do you want, Jey?" I demanded, trying to keep the tremor out of my voice. He had me on edge now and I think he knew it.
Jey stepped closer, his eyes never leaving mine. "You," he said simply, his voice thick with want. "I want you; Destiny and I want us to be us again."….Yea, he definitely knew.
“It isn’t going to be easy, I hope you know that,” I said as he nodded with a smile. “You worth it, Des and I got all the time in the world. Can I just take you to dinner and then go to the bluff after the show tomorrow?"
Uh, yea...Sure, that would be cool, I’ve always wanted to go to the bluff to see the city lights at night,” I whispered, blushing as Jey sighed in relief.
“You ain’t gon’ stand me up, are you? Like what is goin’ on with you and Tama?”
“Jey, he’s a friend that you don’t have to worry about, he’s like a brother to me.”
“Yea?”
“Yea, so I promise I’m not going to stand you up?”
“And I promise I’m never letting you go again.”
“Promise?” I asked, tired of denying how much I missed him.
“I promise, Ma,” Jey whispered, pulling me close as I welcomed his hug, "Congratulations, Jey," I murmured into his ear. "You deserve it."
“Thank you for keeping your promise all dem years ago to come celebrate wit me. It meant the world to look up and see you there.”
“I always keep my promises.”
“I know, and now it’s time for me to keep mine.”

you wish the ground your heels are sinking into would just open up and swallow you. anything to get out of here. ironic really — because everything about this should be comforting. the dj’s playing a nostalgic tune that’d usually have you swaying, fairy lights decorate the tent you’re standing in, friends and family surrounding you.
but instead you’re focused on the scene ahead of you.
jon. laughing with trinity.
you hated how your stomach twisted, the cupcake in your hand suddenly unappetizing. you don’t care — you shouldn’t care. it’s not even any of your business. you asked jon to be your fake date to this wedding, to save yourself from answering the pestering questions from peers and family members about when your wedding would be.
it sounded like a great idea — until now, you just feel like throwing yourself onto a highway of oncoming traffic.
you and jon were just friends. close friends. dangerously close, maybe.
especially since he’d said yes to your idea a bit too quick. especially since your heart fluttered like it forgot how to beat and had to start over again when he showed up in his all black suit, looking like trouble wrapped in silk and silver.
but now… now you’re just a girl at a wedding, staring at her fake date who’s smiling with his ex girlfriend. ouch.

What I will always love about Over the Garden Wall, and what to me really makes it an autumn classic, is how the show presents the season as a transition. People like to say it’s a Halloween show, but it’s really an autumn show, autumn in all its faces.
Early in the show, we have autumn as the late, lingering summer. The fields are full, leaves cling to the branches. The world is painted in a greenish-gold, and it feels warm and rich and good.
And over the course of the show we lose that bit of summer. The colours bleach out. The mists come in. The harvest dances and music are done.
And by the end of the show, we get autumn as the harbinger of the coming season. Summer is long behind us. The long winter is ahead.
And I think it’s so appropriate that the show first premiered in November. When else are we more aware of how much the season has changed than when we are past smiling September and October and find ourselves with grey, patient November, watching the days get shorter and the nights grow longer.
Ugh ok I love this show so much. Little tid bit of trivia from the art book, the last three episodes of Over the Garden Wall were inspired by traditional opera. The stage begins with color showing the characters and their origin (birth). The second act is known for being white with snow showing age. The final act or death is black with scenes of the beast. I adore this show and love seeing others talk about how amazing it is. Would recommend it to anyone, warning there are some graphic scenes. I watch this every year.🍂

You and Jey have been married for several years, and he’s been acting weird recently.
In recent months, Jey had grown increasingly distant. Even during his brief stints at home, he preferred going to bars and hanging out with friends over spending time with you. Jey's reactions were defensive and annoyed each time you tried to broach the subject of spending time together.
After his victorious match with Roman at SummerSlam, Jey and you returned to the hotel room. Jey immediately began preparing to go out to celebrate when you spoke up.
“Babe, do you think, maybe? We could spend tonight together. I wanna celebrate with you.” You suggested.
Jey's response was as dismissive as ever.
"For God's sake, Y/N, I just want a couple of hours with the guys to celebrate. Why you always gotta take it so personally?" he snapped, frustration evident in his voice.
You simply stared at him with a hurt look, you didn’t mean to push his buttons or seem to take it to offense. You just wanted to hang out for a little while before he went out. But, you didn’t push, you didn’t yell, you didn’t get angry. Obviously, you were hurt, but you didn’t wanna ruin Jey’s fun because of your feelings, so you stayed silent. “Okay...” you respond, continuing with a soft smile, “have fun.”
Jey pauses while tying his shoe and glances up at your gentle smile. He feels a nagging discomfort in your quiet acceptance. You've never been very vocal about things that bothered you, especially if it meant spoiling someone else's fun. But that unspoken tension has always affected him, regardless.
“That’s it? Ain’t no you makin’ it a big deal? Nun of that?” Jey asked with a hint of sarcasm.
“Because it’s not a big deal.” You spoke as you began grabbing some pajamas out of your suitcase. “Go have fun, hunny.”
You look over at Jey with a cute smile, holding a short silky nightgown against your chest. It wasn’t just any nightgown, it was Jey’s favorite nightgown to see on you. The one usually meant for „play” time.
Jey's eyes involuntarily follow your every move as you pull out the nightgown. He knows what it usually means, but he refuses to think too hard about it. But then again, your casual acceptance is throwing him off.
He finishes tying his shoe and straightens up, gazing at the nightgown then back to you. His mind began racing between the thought of fun with the guys and the potential for a different kind of fun with you. He knows he’s been neglecting your needs for the last couple of months and it was starting to fuck with him. Usually, he was so close to you, always choosing you over friends. But in recent months that just hasn’t been that case.
You grabbed a towel before walking over to Jey, stepping on your tiptoes to kiss his cheek. “Go have your fun.”
When you encourage Jey to go out and have fun with the guys, presumably his brothers and Roman, Jey's resolve weakens. He's stuck between the temptation of celebrating with them and staying at the hotel with you. "You sure, baby?" Jey’s word came out almost hesitantly, very different from his annoyed tone earlier.
“Mhm!” You hummed softly, walking to the bathroom. “Tell Jimmy I said hi!” That sentence for some reason felt like a punch to the gut for Jey, it hit close to home, but he didn’t understand why though. He simply nodded, grabbing his phone. “A’ight, love you.” His words came out quietly, still wondering if he should stay or not.
“Love you!”
Nothing more was said as Jey watched you shut the bathroom door.
Jey quickly left the hotel room before he could change his mind, he promised Roman and the others he’d be at the celebration he couldn’t cancel now.
——
Jey met up with the group, Jimmy, Roman, Sami, and others at a club. Jey tried to enjoy himself throughout the night but you were in the back of his mind. A big part of him just wanted to go back to the hotel.
The club was filled with the scent of alcohol and weed, and it was crowded and loud as well. Jey sat on a white velvet U-shaped couch in the VIP section. He hadn’t drunk anything that entire night which was unusual. Jimmy picked up on this almost immediately and came up next to him.
“What’s goin on?” The older twin asked. “Nothin’” Jey responded. Jimmy just looked at Jey with a look that told Jey he wasn’t fooling anybody. Jey sighed heavily before responding, “Just sum shit happening with Y/N.”
Jimmy raised a brow, his curiosity growing. “What’s happening, you gotta talk to me, man.” The younger twin sighed a second time at Jimmy’s words. “Just not been feelin’ enough for her, you know? Feel like I’m growin distant from her and ion want that.” Jimmy nodded, understanding how Jey was feeling. He and Naomi have been through that phase so many times, but his relationship with Naomi was much more different from your guys' relationship.
“You just gotta talk with her, you know? You gotta communicate, spend a day alone wit her, fuck. You feel me?” Jey nodded, even chuckled at Jimmy’s third suggestion. “Seriously? One of yo solutions is to have sex?” Jimmy nodded, grinning like he was plotting. “It works bro…“ Jey shakes his head, but the idea doesn’t sound bad. “You and Trin freaky.” Jimmy had no shame, nodding at Jey’s words. “Mmmhm.”
“Ain’t no shame either,” Jey added, big Jim was quick to clap back. “Don’t act like you don’t be gettin' it down and freaky with lil sis when you in the mood.” Jey smacked his lips, side-eyeing Jim. “That was the honeymoon phase.” He tried defending himself. “Motherfucker, you been in the honeymoon phase for years.” Jimmy’s word came out quickly, earning another sassy look from Jey,
“Man, I’m feelin’ like we fallin’ out of it tho,” Jey stated as he ran a hand through his curls. “Nahh, it’s called a break. Watch, when you guys work it out, you gon be humpin' all over each other like rabbits again.”
Jey scoffed, “You know too much.” his words earned a laugh from Jimmy. “You know I’m right tho.” “True.”
——
Jey got back to the hotel around maybe 1:30 AM. He unlocked the door with the keycard, walking into the dark room. He closed the door behind him and slid his shoes and jacket off. Judging by the dark room, he knew you were asleep. The only source of light or sound in the room was the TV playing some type of show.
Jey sighed, guilt hitting him like a truck. He ran a hand down his face before getting changed into his clothes into something more comfortable. He slipped into bed next to your sleeping body, curling up right next to you and placing a heavy hand on your hip.
——
You woke up pretty early, the sun shining brightly into the room. You huffed at the blinding brightness, rolling over to face away from the light. You noticed Jey wasn’t next to you, but his stuff was home which meant he was probably showering.
As if on cue, as you sat up, Jey walked out of the bathroom. His curls were wet, grey Nike sweats hanging just low enough on his hips to see the band of his boxers and no shirt. Leftover water drops dripped down his chest over his tribal tattoos and down his caramel skin.
“Good morning.” You yawned out, stretching as you did so. “Mornin’,” Jey responded as he walked over to the bed, the mattress dipping under his weight as he crawled next to you. “Did you have fun last night?” You asked. Jey nodded in response. “Yeah.”
There were a few moments of silence, when you tried to stand up from the bed, Jey quickly pulled you back in bed and into his arms. “C’mere mamas..” His voice was low as he whispered into your ear.
A small giggle leaves you, and instantly you’re on his lap. Jey hasn’t been this affectionate in weeks. “You trying to do something?” You flirted. Jey smiled, pecking your lips. “What if I am?”
It wasn’t long before it turned very heated. Maybe it turned heated too quickly but neither of you gave a shit.
Jey kissed you. It started softly at first before it became deeper and more passionate. The kiss continued all the way until Jey had you pinned against the mattress under him.
Jey began to pull your nightgown off. His hands slid down your body along with the gown. “Been missin’ this…” Jey whispered against your skin. He kissed down your neck and chest down to your stomach and then he hooked his fingers into the waistband of your panties.
As Jey tugged them off, you couldn’t help but relax into the pillows. “Babe—“ “I gotchu, just lay there and look pretty.” His words only made you wetter than you already were. He tossed your panties and gown to the side. His hand reaches down between you both, his middle finger gently rubbing your clit before slipping into your wet entrance. You whined softly, biting your lip.
He pumped just his middle finger in and out for a bit until he slipped another one in, curving it perfectly against that spot that drove you insane. “Ugh.. Baby.” You moaned out softly. His fingers curling against your G-spot repeatedly, it was overwhelming.
“Jey I’m gonna…”
“You gonna what? Use yo words.”
“I’m gonna cum…”
At your words, Jey’s pace grew faster, fingering you harder. At his new pace, you didn’t last very long. You clenched around his finger tightly, pulsing around him. “Fuck, forgot how tight this pussy is…” Jey groaned.
He slowly rode out your orgasm before pulling his fingers out carefully, only to push them into your mouth.
You sucked Jey’s fingers clean without any hesitation, no shame either. “Good girl…” Jey spoke. After giving you a moment to recover, he went back to kissing every inch of your body that he could reach.
Face, neck, chest, breasts, stomach, and thighs, all the way down to your ankles, leaving heat in its path before he moved back up to what he really wanted. His beard tickled lightly over your skin, just enough to tease you.
Jey lifted your thighs over his shoulders without another word. He gazed up at you for a moment, his breath hit your clit before his tongue did. Your breath hitched as he slowly worked his tongue over you.
Every slow, antagonizing lick made you moan. Your hand shot down and tugged on his curls. “Fuuckk… Jey…” You whined out.
“Ain’t had this pussy in months…” Jey murmured against your warmth, nuzzling his face deeper. You squirmed lightly, arching your back off the bed but Jey pushed your hips back down onto the bed. “Keep 'em’ down for me, mamas… I gotchu.”
Jey’s fingers dug into the soft flesh of your thighs, hard enough to leave marks. He hummed softly against your flesh, making you gasp and groan.
You let go of Jey’s hair just to grab the sheets for support, Jey’s slow, wet licking torturing you. His tongue danced against your core as your legs began to tremble around his shoulders. Your fingers curl into the sheets as Jey holds you down, preventing any chance of escaping him.
“C’mon pretty girl, gimmie one…” Jey spoke as his tongue dragged through your soaked folds. His tongue work left you breathless as you resisted the urge to grind your cunt against his face. A familiar feeling began to build up in your core. “I’m… shit I’m gonna cum!” You cried out loudly.
“Cum for me…” Jey huffed into your pussy. You were close, so fucking close. You felt the knot building in your abdomen more and more with each lick. Jey swirled his tongue around your clit, stimulating you even more.
Jey doesn’t let up and it wasn’t long until your orgasm crashed over you brutally. Your back arched off the bed but this time Jey lets you. Your thighs locked around his head tightly, trembling and shaking.
Once Jey finally pulls away, his beard and lips were glistening with your juices.
You lay there, exhausted and trying to catch your breath. Jey was already crawling back over you, kissing your neck. “You did so good for me, mamas…” He whispered, pecking soft kisses onto your neck and jaw. He finally reached your face, pulling back to look at you.
You gazed up at Jey with hooded eyes and gapped lips, your chest rising up and down heavily. “You’re so pretty, fuck…” His words made you smile lazily.
Suddenly your eyes flickered to the wide-open curtains viewing over the busy city. “Boy!” You almost yelled. “What!?” Jey asked, seeming confused.
“You left the curtain open and now the whole city got a front row show to you eating me out.” You jokingly scolded him, lightly slapping his bicep. “Yeah, and they bouta get a whole front row show to me fuckin yo ass into the mattress.” Jey’s words were playful, but knowing him, he wasn’t kidding.
“Uh-uh, boy, go close them curtains ASAP!” You laughed out. “Nahh, give the city a view.” He said as he went back to kissing your neck. His hands slid under your ass, groping the soft flesh.
You didn’t bother arguing with him, you knew you weren’t gonna win either way. You melted into Jey as he left love bites on your throat.
Jey hooked your thighs over his hips, pulling you flush against him. Before you could process, he was already thrusting into you. You were so wet, he slipped into your tight heat easily. “Oh fuck, mamas—“ Jey cut himself off with a groan. You both sounded unholy as hell right now, moaning at every connected thrust as you took him perfectly.
Your eyes fluttered as Jey gave a deeper thrust. Deep, hard, claiming you like he did every time you two had sex. His pace was slow and torturous just like his tongue was not too long ago. His hips snapped with each thrust, taking his time just how you both liked it. “Oh my god…” You moaned out loudly, throwing your head back against the pillow. Your nails curled back into the sheets, pulling at them.
Every filthy moan was raw, passionate, unfiltered.
Jey adjusted himself slightly, changing his angle to hit deeper inside. He hit that spot that made your thighs tremble. Neither of you has felt this good in a hot minute. “You feel so good…” He whispered breathlessly against your jaw, kissing the skin before resting his forehead against yours. “This all mine.” Jey continued.
“Let me hear you, ma. Let everybody in this hotel hear who you moanin’ for.”
You arched your back, your breasts pressing against his chest. “Daddy I’m… shit! I’m cumming!” And just like that, your vision blurred and your walls clamped down onto him so tightly he groaned. Pleasure rushed up your spine like wildfire.
Jey pressed soft kisses down the side of your face, his orgasm following right behind yours. A new warmth spilled inside you, filling you up. His pace falters, thrusting a few more times before stopping.
You and Jey lay there for a moment, both of you panting.
Eventually, he slowly pulls out, earning a soft moan from you. He instantly collapsed right next to you, huffing in exhaustion.
You felt your heart racing.
“We haven’t done that in months.” You spoke. Jey glanced at you before looking up at the ceiling. “I know…” He breathed heavily. He didn’t realize how much he missed that until now.
Suddenly, there was a loud knock on the door. You and Jey looked at each other tiredly. “Not it!” You called out, touching your nose with your pointer finger. Jey groaned and sat up, getting off the bed and throwing some clothes on. You giggled from the bed, covering up with a blanket.
The tired man walked to the door, taking his sweet time. He was taking long enough to earn another three knocks.
Knock! Knock! Knock!
“Jesus Christ!” The worn-out man grumbled out. And you? You sat there, looking pretty, and cackling in the bed.
Jey opened the door, revealing a staff member from the hotel. The man cleared his throat, taking in the sight of Jey, shirtless, clearly spent.
“We received a few noise complaints about the noise coming from your room.” The staff manager spoke. “Oh, shit…” Jey sighed. You laughed loudly in the background, finding it funny. “I’m sorry about that, we’ll be quieter.” Jey apologized.
The manager nodded. “It’s alright, thank you. Have a good day.” Jey nodded, speaking. “Have a good day.” Then he shut the door and looked over at you.
“That is fucking hilarious.” You said, finally collecting yourself. “Mmhm..” Jey hummed sarcastically. “Real funny.”
Yeah, because most of the thing is in colors she can't fucking see
it is still beautiful through her eyes she just doesn’t care 💕
Hello I really love your work! I was curious if I could make a rather unique request?
King Grendel getting his next batch of Humans for his entertainment and ends up seeing brought out a women plus size with locs/braids. Something new he hasn't seen before- she ends up teaming up with another human to take down a monster ment to kill them in the arena. So the King decides to keep her- Strong Females are desired and especially one that can handle a yautja is even better.
Date requested: 7/23/2025
Fandom: Killer of killers
Type: one-shot
The air was dry, hot, and thick with the stench of blood and sand. You awoke to the hiss of metal and the electric snap of some alien device forcing your restraints to unlock. The floor beneath you vibrated. Chains rattled, not just yours, but dozens. maybe more.
You weren’t the only one abducted.
You didn’t scream, didn’t panic. You’d done that earlier, when that… thing… first pulled you from your life, your job, your apartment— wherever the hell you were. Now, you just breathed. In and out.
The others stirred— men and women from different times, judging by their dress. One wore armor like a Viking. Another, a jumpsuit like a WWII pilot. One woman had a katana strapped to her back. This wasn’t Earth. This wasn’t a rescue mission.
This was a coliseum.
The gate ahead groaned open with a sound that made your teeth rattle. Sunlight— if you could even call it that— poured in, bright but pale blue. The air shimmered with heat as a booming voice, alien but guttural, echoed over the walls. A cheer followed.
You stepped out.
⸻
They gawked at you. Not the humans. Them.
The Yautja, hulking creatures with dreadlocks and masks, loomed in the stands above like gods watching their ants dance. But one stood taller than the rest. Broader. Fatter, yes. but regal. Cloaked in bones and crowned in black iron. His dreadlocks were braided thick, gold bands glinting across his scalp. His eyes burned red behind his mask.
The Grendel King.
His gaze locked on you the second you stepped forward. You stood taller than most of the women here, wide-hipped and solid in your frame. Brown skin glistening with sweat. Locs pulled back and tied at the crown with a thick gold wrap you’d managed to keep.
His interest pricked your skin. Not just curiosity.
Possession.
⸻
You didn’t have time to think.
The beast emerged— ten feet tall, with bone for skin and a face split in three. It roared as the other humans scattered.
But you didn’t run.
You sprinted, low, fast, and dove for the wreckage nearby. A broken spear. A pipe. Something. Anything.
A man near you shouted, throwing you the jagged end of a blade.
“Behind you!” he yelled.
You turned and ducked just in time as the creature’s claw tore through the air. You struck up. under the jaw and shoved the blade until it cracked through the roof of its mouth.
The monster reeled.
You and the man…Alex, you’d learn later— moved like you’d fought together your whole lives. You tripped it, he stabbed. You threw the broken pipe, he pinned it with chains.
And when it finally fell, twitching and howling its death cries, the entire arena went silent.
Then: laughter.
Not mockery.
The Grendel King was laughing.
⸻
The Yautja warriors retrieved you both. Alex was hauled away to another cage.
But you?
You were brought to the King.
Not a word was spoken. Only the heavy drag of chains, the click of armor, the hiss of pressurized doors. You stood tall when they shoved you into the throne room. You didn’t cower.
You weren’t bred to cower.
He sat upon a throne made of Xenomorph bones, ribs fanned out like wings behind his massive frame. He removed his mask with a hiss of steam.
You expected horror.
Instead, you found something ancient, brutal, and curious staring back at you. Mandibles twitching. Scarred flesh around one eye. His breath smelled like copper and ash.
He stood. Towered.
And still, you did not step back.
⸻
He circled you like a warhound.
You didn’t flinch.
Instead, you squared your shoulders, meeting his gaze.
“You like what you see, big man?” you muttered, despite yourself.
He clicked low in his throat. A deep, inquisitive sound. You didn’t know Yautja, but you knew when a predator was impressed.
He raised his hand, slowly, and touched one of your locs. Carefully. Reverently. Like it was a sacred thing.
“…Strength,” he said. His voice was low, rough, but clear. “Breed…strong.”
Your heart skipped— but not from fear.
From the way he looked at you. Like something he hadn’t earned yet. Like something he wanted to.
He let out a deep purr.
Then turned, barked in his tongue, and the guards dispersed.
You were no longer a prisoner.
You were his chosen.
⸻
Days turned to weeks. You trained with the warriors. They respected you. Some feared you. But the King?
He watched every session.
Sometimes he approached. Touched. Never without permission.
His gestures were slow. Careful. Every inch he moved was measured, like he knew how fragile humans were— but you weren’t fragile, and that excited him.
He’d test your strength in combat. Then again, in other ways. Closer ways.
You realized he didn’t just want a concubine. He wanted a partner. A warrior mate. A mother of future hunters who wouldn’t break under pressure or under him.
And you?
You liked that idea more than you ever expected.
Because for the first time in a long time, someone looked at you— your size, your skin, your strength—and saw not too much…
…but just right.
Trapped (yautja x human)
