The more you give, the more the universe will give back to you. The more you take, the more the universe will take from you.
Why is this true? It is the law of balance. As inside, so outside. What you think is what you attract. When you focus on abundance and gratitude, you attract more situations that make you feel that way. When you focus on lack and all the things going wrong, and get stuck in the victim mentality, you attract more of that. The universe mirrors you in order to restore balance.
