i think i like the majority of the ones frm the og bracket LOL it made some choices easier cuz i knew in my heart who’d sweep the whole thing (nihilism voter /j.) but overall i wasn’t too upset cuz well . i ship almost all of these hfkskdksjfnd

my personal top 5 are huntlow (i am a huntlow fanartist), msr, horishima, maleigh, & percabeth. if i started listing every ship here i personally really love then i may as well direct to the entire bracket 🫡

oh and of course broppy. i wouldn’t have made broppy the icon if i didn’t like broppy. i had like a whole 6 months where the only movies i watched on rotation were trolls, pacific rim, penelope, cars, and your name 🥹

3. if ur guy doesnt win do NOT be mean about it. sometimes thats just how the world works. theyll get em next time!!

4. obscure blorbos are so welcome actually i encourage the submission of obscure guys. i just cannot garuntee a spot on the bracket or a win for them

5. pleaseeee do not submit zelda/link from tloz they r automatically on the bracket. the yaoi yuri mf pair ever

6. submit as many guys as ur heart desires!!!! just dont submit the same guys more than once. if i find out anyone spam submitted some guys they will be disqualified

7. blorbos will be added to the checklist portion of the form when they reach 5 submissions. number is subject to change if i end up getting more than i expect

Welcome one and all! From the creator of @nexttopghost comes the Sadboy Showdown. I’m your host, The Poll Worker! Our goal here is to find the saddest, most traumatized, most mistreated little dudes and make them fight for the honor of tumblr’s favorite. I’m currently accepting submissions for the bracket under the following rules

1) For as much as we love ladies, this is a sad boy tournament. Your sad boy has to be a dude. They can be nonhuman though

2) No casts of characters! I don’t wanna see anyone put “the whole cast of supernatural,” your submission will be ignored!

3) No real people. That means No Alan Turings, no Bram Stokers. Mythology is ok, and bands that are explicitly characters (like Studio Killers or Steam Powered Giraffe) are also ok as long as they are EXPLICITLY characters

4) If there is a tie, we’ll do it again, if there’s a tie twice, we revive a guy from the previous round and whoever wins then moves forward. If we manage to get a three-way tie, then god help your soul

5) Have fun and send in your propaganda

Now give me your boys! The form will run until we get at least 32 entries

Themed Bracket Concept (since apparently ppl are sending them): queer m/f ships. at least one member of the ship must be canonically queer to qualify.

Several of the ships in this already had one or both characters in them be queer, and I'm sure there are more in submissions, I like queer m/f ships quite a lot and just think it would be fun

(also it would be so funny in response to the person who said this blog was homophobic, lol)

fun story . on coronation day of the old bag and his matching hag my parents and i had all woken up at about 2 am pacific standard time by pure happenstance and i was like hey. we should watch the coronation . cause what else can we do at 2am . so we turned it on and my first question was hey now, why does everything have to be punctual . who cares if the horses were a few minutes too early . and then i was confused cause there were too many white people.

anyways i was falling asleep as they handed him the holy hand grenade and my final thought was. stolen jewels lay heavy on the crown of a man who deserves nothing but to feel the weight of blood on his hands

and then we played bingo for my mom’s bday <3

YESSS besties to lovers is such a sweet trope 😭💚 and these examples are so very good … it was defs one of the trope themes i was thinking of (others being like . enemies to lovers, battle couples, opposites attract, monster lovers… hehe u get the idea)
