The Moon With The Plumes: Enceladus is one of Saturn’s most fascinating moons. Its icy crust is covered with massive tiger stripes of fissures, underneath this surface lies an ocean which is thought to contain organic components that may support life. The Cassini-Huygen Mission was able to capture the above raw images of Enceladus spewing these jet-like water plumes into space. Original photography from NASA.
