RECIPE OF THE DAY 70-CAL

AND YOU WON’T FINISH IT. 

INGREDIENTS

1 large cucmber

2 medium tomatoes 

13 small shrimp(optional)

Salt

pepper

worcheshire sauce(optional)

garlic powder/ fresh garlic

oregano

½ lemon

1. Use a vegetti to create noodles out of your cucumber

2. Place 2 medium finely chopped tomatoes into a saucepan with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste. 

3. boil tomatoes until soft and add cucumbers.

4. add small amount of lemon juice to taste and 1-2 tablespoons of worcheshire sauce(if you are not vegan). Boil for a few more minutes and enjoy. 

5. If you are not vegan or vegetarian, adding 13 small Garlic shrimp will add about 100 calories. 

This can be split into 2 serving because the portion sizes are quite large.
