im visiting my parents rn and trying very very desperately to keep from weighing myself, i KNOW only bad things will come of it and it will undo the progress ive been making with recovery but it’s so excruciatingly hard. so I’m making this post sort of to hold myself accountable. if i do weigh myself I’m gonna be so mad at myself
