“An intimate relationship does not banish loneliness. Only when we are comfortable with who we are can we truly function in a healthy way. Two halves do not make a whole when it comes to a healthy relationship: it takes two wholes.”

“Little Women will be the movie of 2019, not because of already next year awards’ buzz, not because the cast has a collective 27 Oscar nominations to their names, not because the director is riding off last year’s Best Picture nomination, but simply because it’s a story of women played by amazing women of every age, written by a woman, directed by a woman, for women. It’s a direct product of #MeToo.”

Work hard until the lamp light of your study-table becomes the spotlight of your stage.
“I have learned that when sadness comes to visit me, all I can do is say “I see you.” I spend some time with it, get up, and say goodbye. I don’t push it away. I own it. And because I own it, I let it go.”
— Carolina Zacaria
“I’m still loved despite my depression and that alone keeps me alive.”

Girls who don’t wear make up are told in writing that they are special; prettier, smarter, and more valuable than women who wear make up because they’re “natural” and “real.” However when they actually don’t wear make up in public they are told they are ugly, sickly looking, or need to have some self respect. Meanwhile women who wear noticeable make up are told they are beautiful and that them in their make up wearing form is normal and preferable when in public. However then in writing they’re called “fake” and “trashy,” guys who called them pretty days before go online and say things about taking a girl swimming on the first date.
The only acceptable way to be a woman is to be perfect without trying. Our society has a fetish for “effortlessness.” The ideal woman is one who wakes up in the morning with flawless skin, a light pink lip, and dark, long, fluttering lashes. She wears a sort of large t-shirt with sexy underwear to bed, her breasts are large but perky even before putting on a bra, and her hair looks tousled. She must be perfect but be blissfully ignorant of that. Because a mind is ugly. The only way to be beautiful is to be perfect looking and never know. Because if she thinks, if she knows, she loses her charm, her grace, and her manipulability.
