I once knew a pair of fraternal twins around my age, non-Christian scientists, who had a similar situation. Apparently the birth was actually filmed so they have the doctor on tape going "Oh my God, there's another one in there!" or something similar. Fortunately it happened that they were a boy and a girl, and they'd already had a boy name and a girl name picked out
