1. Are you named after anyone?

In terms of my deadname yes- I was named after my mother, and it was (as often is for spanish families) in combination with my middle name, which is after my grandmother.

My current name isn't after a family member, but has a symbolic relation to my deadname.

2. When was the last time you cried?

Maybe a month ago because I was worried I hurt my girlfriend's feelings :'D

3. Do you have kids?

Nope. I like kids, but no desire to have my own.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

I think I used to be more so. These days it tends to come out only in two ways: if I am currently with someone I know very well and who knows I am not being mean-spirited, or if I am with a stranger and they are being an ass lol.

5. What sports do you play/have played?

I was a very active kid and would do all the sports! Though my favorites were soccer, and martial arts, tae kwon do and shinkendo. I have been meaning to get back into martial arts when I have more time.

6. Whats the first thing you notice about people?

I think its a tie between the persons overall face shape/facial features and their voice.

7. What's your eye colour?

Brown lol deep brown but still light enough that its not hard to see my pupils. Unless under a black light apparently lmao

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

Not sure why these are mutually exclusive? But happy endings regardless of genre lol

9. Any special talents?

Art things mostly. I'm especially skilled at drawing figures and some animals. I'm a decent singer although that is completely untrained lol

I also have a strange talent for making puns completely unintentionally so they come out very sincerely and then 5 seconds later I laugh at it

10. Where were you born?

Arizona

11. What are your hobbies?

Drawing extremely self indulgent art, curating playlists for OCs-both for drawing noise and to imagine cool amvs in my head about them, singing and playing guitar, playing video games and occasionally blogging about them, watching old animes and reading old mangas

12. Do you have pets?

One fluffball tortie named Pumpkin who I really ought to post more pictures of. There are plans for a kitten-puppy duo soon though now that we live in a house lol

13. How tall are you?

I'm just going to say about 5' since I have apparently already begun shrinking LOL;;

14. Favorite subject in school?

Aside from art, I have always loved history-particularly the period from about the 1100s to the 1700s, Music, and P.E.

15. Dream job?

I mean I want to just make web comics, play music, sing, and maybe make some video game lets plays

But since capitalism is a thing I'm aiming for a day-job of catalogging video game archives lol

I'm totally not that active, which I'm trying to be better about, so here it goes!

1. Are you named after anyone?

Yep! My grandma who died when my dad was young. I like my name because it's very unique.

2. When was the last time you cried?

I think it was in the shower a week or two ago. I'm very bad at remembering when things happened.

3. Do you have kids?

No, thankfully. I need to work on myself before I can raise a human being. And I'd really like to own a bunch of pets first.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

Kinda? It slips out sometimes but I dont intentionally do it. It just kinda happens and comes out of my mouth before my brain can think.

5. What sports do you play/have played?

I have played so many different sports growing up, most of which I hated. My mom forced me to when I'd much rather be inside playing videogames, drawing, or reading. I've played soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball, and golf, I also did some running and swimming. It's not traditional sports, but I did a bit of gymnastics, ballet, and tapdancing. I chose to do some judo in college to be more active.

6. What's the first thing you notice about people?

I want to say their outfits? I'm not sure, I dont pay a lot of attention to that...

7. What's your eye color?

Brown, growing up my dad said I had poop brown eyes.

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

I am such a scaredy cat, happy endings all the way please.

9. Any special talents?

I personally feel like the only thing special about me is my skill in arts and crafts. I've done so many types of art. I've done a bit of crocheting, knitting, cross stitch, sculpting with clay, wood, and metal, painting with watercolors and oils, drawing traditionally and digitally, animating, origami, diamond painting, sewing, printmaking, miniature building, weaving, I just really love creating things. Making art is my favorite thing to do.

10. Where were you born?

The midwest in the USA. A place that I'm surprised that people know exists, Missouri.

11. What are your hobbies?

I have so many hobbies. I'm drowning in all of the art projects I have. I also like to occasionally play videogames, mostly farming sims when I feel like my life is out of control.

12. Do you have pets?

No..... I want some so bad. I have a whole list of pets I want. I just need the money to have one.

13. How tall are you?

I am at a whole 5 feet tall. Just barely made it.

14. Favorite subject in school?

Art, hands down. And chemistry weirdly enough. I took 3 years of chemistry in highschool.

15. Dream job?

I want to work for myself and sell my art and have people pay me to make art or buy merch. I mean, ideally I wouldnt have to have a job and I could just make art and do whatever I want.

Maybe it is a bold decision to leave your room in the middle of the night, but what else are you supposed to do? Sleep wouldn’t find you either way, you might as well keep yourself entertained, you think. As you look around your room, trying to find something that piqued your interest, your gaze falls upon a piece of clothing – a black shirt, too big for your small frame. You don’t remember when he left it here, but it couldn’t have been too long ago. Otherwise, you would’ve noticed it sooner.

As you walk over and pick up the shirt, an idea strikes you. Maybe you could bring the shirt back to Mammon, and for once stay the night at his room? You’re certain that Mammon would not kick you out of his room. He’d think of some silly excuse to allow a human like you to stay, sure, but you don’t think he’d make you leave again.

This is a nice chart! Lipsync is one of my not-so-secret passions. I also hate front mouths. They’re harder to inbetween, I find, and they’re not used nearly as frequently. Here’s some ¾ mouths I made.

These are the basic shapes I was taught, and I use. Standard lipsync shapes;; 

You have your closed mouth to open, to clenched teeth, to oohs, and your (often optional) F, L, and TH mouths.

Tips!

Aaaaand I think that’s it?  Never go from a SH mouth to a TH mouth, it’ll pop and look weird…uhhh;   Also! It’s alright to skip some shapes;; So below is a lipsync I made using the above shapes;

It’s clear what they’re saying, the mouth is moving nicely, but there’s only one problem. Veeeery rarely do they give you enough time to use all the mouths you want to make it move nice. Voice actors talk fast to fit everything in and holycrap do we hate  love them for it.

So here’s a fast one.

Those two gifs should start at the same time, and notice that the second one stops while the first one is still saying “doing”. I not only cut out the mouth between the biggest AH and the clenched teeth, but I combined the word “Are you” into, like, 3 shapes. I also trimmed some inbetweens overall. The lipsync still reads, though! You can still tell what they’re saying even without audio (which would help it a bit, haha~) Cutting out that stuff ended the lipsync a whole 14 frames sooner (more than half a second!). It doesn’t sound like much, but with 24 frames per second and dialogue moving at the speed of light, you don’t have time to dilly dally. This isn’t a preschool show;; Aaaaaand I think that’s it. Liiiipsyyyyyync~~~ Now to go back to actual work and stop talking about things most ppl don’t care about;
