“Oh, Crowley, nothing lasts forever.”
“No. No, I don’t suppose it does.”
Is
“I feel like your exactly and my exactly are different exactlys.”

Reasons why, "And we've spent our existence pretending that we aren't" is haunting me weeks later:
Sometimes you just are trying to live out your day and then your brain thinks:
What if in the opening titles of Season 3 Aziraphale and Crowley aren’t walking together anymore.
i wake up and i am immediately thinking about those characters. i eat breakfast and i am thinking about those characters. i do chores and i am thinking about those characters. i do any work, i study, i walk the dogs, and i am thinking about those characters. i go to bed and i am thinkign
[drinks my jarritos like a comically hypermasculine brooding alcoholic character]
im crying why did they use real glass
This with the time they used a real knife instead of a prop and jensen ended up accidentally stabbing jared in the thigh.... starring in supernatural is an extreme sport
the time they trapped their leads in a room with 65000 live bees
and then didn't use the take and eventually decided on cgi bees
me when First Light comes on and suddenly the chords are swelling and the lyrics are of finding out even hell has a way out and the relief of seeing the sky again and the music is music-ing and I ascend to another plane of existence in true hozier stan fashion
new hozier album so very good i finally listened
my top songs (in no particular order) after first listen have to be
- I, Carrion
- All Things End
- To Someone From A Warm Climate (Uiscefhuarithe)
- Abstract (Psychopomp)
- First Light
of course these are gonna change but these hit the hardest the first time listening to it tbh
also yes the whole album reminds me of aziracrow but that’s not surprising at all
Thinking about that post that said Martha Jones was just as unhinged as any other companion and it's so true.
She really was. She said, with full confidence that they should record Shakespeare onstage then sell it for money. That is the most unhinged thing any companion has ever said on their first adventure. And the Doctor just looks at her like 🤔 and she's like lol, that would be bad. She is so unserious. Crying at the idea of her in the audience like this though:
just when i was starting to feel a little bit less insane about good omens 2, hozier drops an absolute banger of an album that may as well be called “songs to listen to while thinking about the bookshop divorce”
They put the soft little flashback of Aziraphale and Crowley as angels at the very beginning of the season, and it was such a cute way to start the story that you don't think much of it, it almost feels like fanservice, but it's actually the set up for the final heartbreak, because Aziraphale wants to bring them back there, to go full circle, in the narrative and in their lives. Crowley, on the other hand, wants to break free (ha! this post has been left in the Bentley for more than a forthnight) from heaven, from hell, and from this circular narrative.
Aziraphale is the most character ever. He ran out of ideas so he declared war on hell. He canonically says fuck. His favourite colour is yellow. He’s literally an angel and can speak every language on earth but still isn’t fluent in french. He told his boyfriend to shoot him for his magic act and made him go through with it when their miracles weren’t working. He gave away his flaming sword and then lied about it for the next 6000 years. He has a bookshop that never sells books. No one’s doing it like him.
widespread archaeological evidence suggests that many North Americans of this era acknowledged the existence of three genders: "men", "women", and "employees only"
