Forgive yourself,
Wether you failed a test, eat to many cookies, say the wrong things, fail a class or spend the entire day in bed — learn to forgive yourself. The next day will be better. The next day will be one day closer to your success. You can do it.
I try telling myself this every day.
Sometimes it helps.
Most times it doesn’t.
Sometimes things don’t go as expected, but that’s okay. We move passed our obsticles well knowing that we tried our utter most best, Disregarding the outcome.
Sometimes we live miserably in a good life only to be happy once received something good in which we are ecstatic for a few short moments, thereafter returning to that empty miserable feeling.

“When I see an old movie, like from the ’40s or ’50s or ’60s, the people look so calm. They don’t have smart phones, they’re not looking at computer screens, they’re taking their time. They’ll sit in a chair and just stare off into space. I think some day we’ll find our way back to that garden of Eden.”
