Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 1 ripe avocado. 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh chives for garnish optional.
Instructions: Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado and mix it with the egg yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spoon the avocado mixture into a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with a corner snipped off. Pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves, creating a nice swirl or design. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of each deviled egg. Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired. Chill the deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
