Kintsugi: the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold-infused lacquer. The practice adheres to the philosophy of treating breakage and repair as natural parts of an object’s history, rather than incidents whose evidence is to be concealed (x) Repaired Heart, Kintsugi Study #4) and Kintsugi Study #2 by TJ Volonis
I’m not sure what steampunk is and what I imagine is not exactly what the Enigma Secret Garden looks like. But, who cares? This otherworldly pub from Cluj, Romania, displays an exquisite mechanical show of alien fliers, brass statues, enigmatic devices and wooden clockworks, vintage art and first world war gas masks… nothing you’d actually expect from a pub indeed. What I would expect though is a better beer selection, because except Leffe there’s nothing worth checking. So a Leffe Blonde shall be, not the best brew of this Belgian brewery but still nice, tasty yeasts and fruity like a weizen, a good thing indeed. And the ambiance indeed… well worth everything!
