VET BILL
I have to take my cat to the vet tomorrow morning for an emergency appointment. I think he has an abscess in his lower jaw and I’m not sure how much the visit, treatment, and medication will cost. I’m really nervous cause I’ve never had to take a pet in to get emergency treatment before. If any of you would like to donate to help me cover the possible costs I’d really appreciate it. Below is a picture of his mouth on the left you can see the swelling in his bottom left jaw that makes it difficult for him to close his mouth completely. If anything bad happens to my cat lm not sure what I’ll do I love him so much.

Update: we took him to the emergency last night and they did several tests on him. The vet said he had a slight fever and definite swelling in his jaw. She sent us home with three medications, and said they were going to examine a sample taken from his jaw. She told us we should consult a dentist to get an X-ray to ensure his tooth is not impacted and that this is an abscess and not a growth.
I spent $1,127 that I don’t have lol and will probably be spending another ridiculous sum of money on a dentist. Any funds or resources y’all are able to provide is greatly appreciated thank you all for the help I’ve received so far!!
He’s going to the dentist tomorrow morning and I’ll update the total cost including that appointment.
So we are currently at the vet and they said they’re concerned about his growth even though it responded really well to antibiotics and decreased about 75% in size. Currently he’s scheduled for a cranial/dental x ray(sedation), a biopsy, and possible surgery if they determine what the mass is (cancerous vs. dental problems). The estimated cost is $2,500- $3,000. This would make the current cost including his emergency bill $4,127.

So he definitely has a mass that they’re saying is probably a tumor. Please help me pay these bills so I can try to provide him with the best medical treatment possible I don’t want anything bad to happen to my cat.
UPDATE: The results of his biopsy came back and it’s just an abscess thank fucking god!!! But we’re going in again on Wednesday to see if he needs to have a tooth pulled! I’ll update the goal as well as how much had been raised thus far then! Thank you guys for all your help and patience!
