hoenn starters! been practicing creature design and this is a fun way to experiment with my style
i will be back to posting soon. i rly wanna finish up all my commissions first. got some pokemon&minecraft&toh stuff waiting to see the light of day
on a different note. ive been keeping my commission prices low for the past couple years and i rly hate to change that because i love to draw for people but one of the reasons it takes me forever nowadays is that The Inflation has put me in a situation where i have to take up other stuff to cover my basic expenses and trust me i live very frugally :( the biggest financial hurdle for me is that im disabled (in a way that makes Regular employment inaccessible to me) and have to spend a shitton on meds and therapy every month. the extra work + the constant stress + my health issues are whats been causing me to take so long.
thus, raising my prices would drastically improve the waiting times... though i still feel very conflicted about it! i know that artists with my experience and "credentials" usually charge a lot more but again i like to keep my art accessible, plus, i dont know, i feel like my stuff is somewhat niche and just not the type of art people spend smackaroos on... though maybe ive just been burnt by my most recent (bad) experiences with auctions... hmm! i will work this out and post an updated full price sheet at some point.
will shortly update everyone whos waiting on a commission, i will send sketches, etc. i'm really sorry about the delay - i was in a really bad state mental health wise. been climbing my way out of that crisis now, so i'm better currently, but. im sorry :(

todays warmup sketches - sygna suit N
drawing a holiday gift for a friend who likes the skelly brothers from undertale and i am trying to figure out how to draw them without making them look terrifying and unfriendly. its a struggle
and with regards to the previous post, as ive been finishing up the current batch, im opening 4 slots for bg/environment commissions ^_^ IM me if youre interested
as promised - a slightly more detail post regarding digital art landscape/scenery/background commissions
i'm fine doing pretty much any kind of environment, including architecture - however, for more complicated stuff, i might need some extra reference pics as to what you have in mind, so id ask that you provide me with those
now, doing backgrounds/scenery isnt everyone's forte, and as someone who does in fact enjoy doing those: so long as you dont use it for commercial purposes + you credit me, you can use any landscape you commission from me as the background in your art! you can also simply toss me a backgroundless drawing of your character and i will add a background to it, either abstract or depicting an environment/space as specified by you
as for the prices, im dividing them into following categories:
sketches - depending on the desired amount of details/rendering, they range from $30 to $90 usd. if youre commissioning a full illustration i normally dont charge for sketches involved in the creation thereof, unless there ends up being a lot of them throughout the process of communicating the concept, in which case i will specify as needed (i will not pull out any surprise costs on you, dw)
thumbnail/concept/detail sketch sheets - also depending on complexity and the amount of drawings per page, but i estimate $50 for 5 sketches to the tune of the examples above
finally, illustrations - i start from $100 and go up from there, according to how robust the piece is going to be.
all in all, the best way to get a more specific price for what youd like, simply ask ^_^ knowing what exactly you have in mind, it'll be easy for me to estimate.
