stuff that makes me happy

@malashappyplace

aka the obsessions of my 20s

Fandom is a fantastic thing and it’s made my life better but it’s so hard to explain to Regular people what happened to my brain this past year like “there’s this old man…from a tv show….and i think he’s sexy….other ppl think he’s sexy too…..we are friends bc we like to sexualiZe him….” is not the kinda icebreaker you can say in social situations generally.

“who are you talking to” “my friend from another timezone, they write really good porn :)” NOT A CONVO I CAN HAVE IRL WITHOUT BEING JETTISSONED INTO THE SUN!!!

dark green is a nice color. underrated

ladies and gentlemen, Phtalo Green

This is literally my favorite color. 😩 Smaragd green is another dark shade of green that I’m absolutely obsessed with.

pls don’t let this flop

doofenshmirtz’s mental process i think

Mans was literally so respectful he never assumed every turquoise platypus he met wasn't automatically going to be the one and only turquoise platypus he's ever met 😂😂😂

I think it’s very sweet that Perry the Platypus recognized that the poor dude is effectively platypus-face-blind (and possibly colour-blind as well), cannot tell if a random platypus is or is not Perry, and is never going to assume in case it is a different platypus because that would be RUDE - and therefore carefully puts on his hat every time, so Doofenshmirtz knows who he’s talking to.

That is some prime Politeness-Between-Nemeses right there.

To be fair, the tri state area apparently has a LOT of platypuses.

i hate that david tennant has been culturally relegated to the space he occupies by way of the popular cringe response to tumblr/online fan culture circa 2012-2015 because nobody wants to say this anymore but he's phenomenal in every role and more to the point i enjoy looking at him. who said that

If you heard of writer’s block, get ready for reader’s block. You want to read. You have time. You know what to read; how have a pile of books ready to be read. You cannot sit still and focus enough to do so or you can’t even open the book.
