Sun Through The Houses
The Sun represents your ego identity/sense of self, vitality, self expression, and individuality. The Sun is just a tiny factor of your birth chart, and resonance with the sign and house placement strongly depends on other factors and aspects in your chart. Remember, planets represent an aspect of yourself, the sign represents how the aspects are expressed, and the house placement represents where the energies are expressed. Look to the house placement of your Sun to determine the area of life the energy of your Sun sign is mostly expressed. Where the Sun is positioned in your chart, it illuminates.
Planets in the first house are outwardly expressed and recognized. The first house/ascendant is the house of the inner self, appearance, personality, mannerisms, and how you present yourselves to others. The radiant illuminance of the Sun is outwardly visible when it is placed in the first house, as the Sun illuminates the first house when placed here. With the natal Sun in the first house, there’s an inclination to be highly self-aware and to search for self identity. The search for identity is vital in this native, as this placement indicates a lifetime where the native seeks to find complete comfortability in the self. This placement indicates a lifetime of self-discovery. There is a strong inclination to be fully independent, and the native may be very headstrong and take initiative. Self expression is very important to this native as well. The native continuously searches for ways to express themselves, and the focal point of this lifetime is to master true self-expression. The sign of the Sun, depending on the ascendant, will be very radiant when placed in the first house.(Continued...)
The native will depict a very direct quality, as the way they outwardly express themselves aligns with who they are internally. However, depending on aspects to the Sun or ascendant, the native could experience limits in self-expression. If the Sun is “badly”positioned/aspected in this house, how the native feels internally will differ from how they express themselves or are perceived. Still, the essence of this placement points to a being that is highly self-aware with a very strong ego. This native must learn to understand their ego in relation to others, especially in the presence of those with other strong radiant personalities, as they could clash. Often, these natives have trouble with authority because of their strong and prominent personalities. These natives attract attention very easily as the radiant Sun is once again, very visible in the first house of self and appearance. Some with this placement wish to be recognized and will seek to be recognized. This is a very good position for those that enjoy to be in the spotlight. Natives with this placement will seek and find their identities within every vocation.
The second house is the house of values, comfort, security, the material world, possessions, and money. With the Sun illuminating the second house, the sense of self will be tied to their possessions and values. The ego will seek to do this through the second house, so the native must be careful of the value system they build. They must incorporate values and worth from within and not the external. Their self-esteem can suffer with over identifying with possessions, and they must develop self-worth separately from those things. They are here to understand the material world in relation to themselves. They are here to learn to find comfort within themselves and generate security for themselves independently. This lifetime, there is a focal point on financing. This person should develop a healthy relationship with the material world and money. They must learn to finance and spend on things with value. Archangels are not the same in all religions. The most known archangels would come from mostly Western religions such as Christianity, Judaism, Islam, & more importantly Greek Hellenism which is an Eastern religion, but even still there are differences between each one & what people preach is obviously not always the same as what other religions believe to be true for them. Originally there are known to be seven archangels, but the most I’ve found is 12, & each of them have a specific purpose. There are also guardian angels & archangels, which both have different purposes. Guardian angels are assigned at birth & they’re for you & only you. Archangels can assist anyone, but some are very hard to contact. I’m not going to go super in-depth with an explanation because of course, I am not a pastor or *extremely* educated on this topic, but I do channel this knowledge from archangels, spirit guides, loved ones, etc. Anyways, I hope this post is helpful to those who can use this to their benefit!
Description: Below I’m going to use an example with Archangel Uriel & how to connect with him & you can use these methods I use to connect with any other archangel, guide, loved one, etc.
♥︎To connect with Archangel Uriel you first need to cleanse your space, you can use Palo Santo, Sage, Incense, Crystals, or set the intention of doing so.
♥︎You can use writing, meditation, physically speaking, mentally speaking/thinking, signs, symbolism, dreams (gifts), energy, or crystals.
Writing & Channelling
♥︎To write & channel messages from archangel Uriel you can take a few deep breaths, calm & clear your mind, hold a crystal such as carnelian or red Jasper (you can use any crystal you intuitively choose), write down a question you have in mind.
What am I supposed to learn from this situation?
♥︎If I’m feeling confused or angry about something that’s happening in my life & I’m unsure of why it’s happening a certain way I would ask that.
♥︎Next, I would sit in silence & wait for guidance or messages to come through.
♥︎If you don’t receive or feel a message right away that’s okay, ask for a sign, number, symbol, or anything that could help you answer your question.
♥︎Whenever I am channeling I wait until my mind is clear, I make sure I’m taking deep breaths, counting 1-4 when I breathe in and out as a distraction to not think, & if a random thought comes to mind of when I was looking in the mirror I’ll assume it’s about self worth or self reflection. Or If I intuitively feel something, that’s what I’ll pay attention to & write down, that’s also how I’ll know that’s the guidance Archangel Uriel is sending to me.
♥︎To feel or know what your intuition is telling you, you’d have to make sure your intuition isn’t blocked first. Your ego or the critical voice in your head needs to be in check, otherwise you will listen to your fear rather than your intuitions voice. Your intuitions voice is very quiet & subtle, it communicates very calmly & you’ll feel like a deep inner knowing that’s the right message or thing. Your ego or fears voice is very loud & it’s almost like anxiety. It screams or feels made up.
♥︎When your intuition is predicting a good thing, you’ll feel chills, goosebumps, heat wave/flash, butterflies, calmness, a pulsating feeling in your head, or your heart feels warm.
♥︎When your intuition is telling you a bad thing, you’ll feel a uncomfortable feeling in your abdomen or in your stomach. Almost like you are scared or your stomach dropped. You can also feel nauseous or just unsettled. Getting a headache or pain can also be a sign.
♥︎Write down anything you’d like Archangel Uriel to know & just let your message be sent to him, without expecting an answer immediately.
Meditation
♥︎Cleanse your space, take a few deep breaths, calm your mind, close your eyes, & just relax until you feel any messages coming to mind. If nothing happens, ask for a sign or any other way of communication.
♥︎Third eye meditation can help you while holding an amethyst crystal. Stare into your third eye space while your eyes are closed & don’t force it, but just keep staring & wait until you see something. It could be a color, figure, shadow, person, number, anything. Just look for any signs of communication.
Physical & Mental Communication
♥︎What would you like to say to Archangel Uriel? Think of it & say it. Know that he is listening & wait for a response. If you don’t receive an answer immediately, have patience & know that he will reach out in some way, shape, or form.
♥︎Think of what you’d like Archangel Uriel to know & just know he is always listening. Archangel Uriel is not much of a conversationalist. He hardly likes to sit and chitchat, but he will do the talking!
♥︎Imagine the outcome of whatever you’d like Archangel Uriel to bring you or help you out with & know that it will happen if it’s right for you, but having faith always brings the miracles and blessings you desire! & Right now it’s 11:11 :)
Signs & Symbolism
♥︎For example, I put it was 11:11 above this method. That’s a sign of manifesting desires & that your thoughts are being manifesting at that exact moment you see it.
♥︎Angel/repeating numbers are a way of communication, words, letters, songs, movies, tv shows, synchronized events, animals, insects, nature, flowers, & so many more things.
♥︎You can ask for a sign or symbol from anyone.
Connecting Energetically & Using Spiritual Gifts
♥︎If you have the gift of Clairsentience, which most people who are able to connect to Archangel Uriel do, you can use this to feel or touch objects, things, people, or anything just to feel what your emotions are picking up. Those emotions you get are most likely what you need to know about.
♥︎Just by touching or speaking with someone, energy can be transmuted and absorbed between you both.
♥︎Clairvoyant people are able to have visions or see images that are not physically there & this can be a way of communicating if you learn how to properly decipher the messages to help you understand. Your Intuition should be able to help you.
♥︎Claircognizant individuals are also able to channel immediately just by having the ability of clear knowing or feeling.
Crystals
♥︎Find crystals you resonate with or that help you connect to whomever you are trying to get in contact with.
♥︎Archangel Uriel likes fire & hot things, since his element is fire, I would assume the color red & carnelian or Jasper would be able to help you tune in or vibrate with him more. (I use those)
♥︎Setting intentions by scripting words & using crystals. You can write down what you want to know, manifest, create, attract, receive, etc & using a crystal that matches your intention or that you intuitively chose would be how you do it.
