A Spell to Banish Unwanted Feelings

(Ranging from anxiety to unwanted crushes.)

This is the first spell that I’ve written. It does well.

Need: -Container (paper bag, jar, vial, etc.) -Paper -Pen -Black candle (white as a substitute)

Optional: -Basil -Dill -Pine -Rose -Sage

Cleanse the items, if you want to.

On the paper, in the light of the candle, write the feelings that you wish to be rid of. Be as specific as you can. When you’re done, rip the paper into small pieces while saying:

These bad feelings live here no more I cleanse these feelings from my core Banished by this candle of black, The bad is gone, it won’t come back. As I will it, so mote it be.

Put the pieces in the container with other optional ingredients. Blow out the candle.

Bury the item far away from you. The earth, if you decided not to use the herbs, will aid in absorbing the bad feelings.

Never look back.

For Witchlings

Keep a journal. Document everything. your thought processes, your spells , your dreams, magical experiences. Everything.

Learn your correspondences and how to put together your own spells. You’ll learn a lot. Trust me.

Use systems of symbolism that feel relevant to you- if you like astrology, learn the astrological symbols and use them in your spells. If herbs speak to you, research their properties and use that instead. Runes, alphabets, crystals, tarot. There are dozens of them.

Read a lot. Fall into internet research spirals late at night. Studying many different types of magick will help you find what’s right for you.

Get your information from as many sources as possible. Cross check everything. There’s a lot of misinformation out there.
