Anyone remember playing HIDE and SEEK as a kid, and there was always that one annoying kid who would play and play and play all day… until it was his turn to be “it” then suddenly they hit you with the “I dont want to play anymore. This game is boring.” as soon as it was their turn to be “it”? Ive come to realize that some people never grew out of that. Some grown adults will be with you for their entertainment as long as possible, but as soon as it comes time for THEM to finally put some effort into the friendship/relationship then theyre suddenly not interested anymore and leave you and move on to the next person/thing. Its just as annoying now as it was when i was a kid

I just wanted you to know that I love you. I know we say it a lot, at least once a day but usually more than that. It’s squeezed between good morning texts and an afterthought to I miss you texts. Sometimes when we have nothing left to say we utter those three words. Sometimes I wish they weren’t so overused. I say that because I feel like after a while they become routine, normal, simple. A daily expression of love. While that isn’t a bad thing, it’s not necessarily what I want. I don’t want a normal, every day, simple expression of love. I want a loud, boisterous, commanding, exciting love. A shout into the void, a light in a dreary place. Invigorating and exciting and moving. My love for you is not simple, or normal. It is boundless, with no end on the horizon and an infinite amount of possibilities. Anytime I tell you I love you, please don’t see it as a routine. As something you expect me to say because you’ve become accustomed to it. When I tell you I love you see it the way I’ve described it. Feel it wash over your body in a warm comforting fashion, but also an enlightening and electrifying one. You are present in every part of my being, and I love you for every inch of myself that you make feel alive.

Do you ever just wish you could unmeet someone? like maybe they were great up first, or even for awhile. But then they cause you so much pain and sadness that it wasn’t even worth the good times. So now they’re just stuck in your life, in your fuckin thoughts. You want them out but nope, forever they’ll be part of you.
