Due to some kind of spell Danny doesn't remember that he's half human.

Like Many ghosts, Phantom doesn't remember his human life, just his ghostly purpose, that he's meant to protect Amity Park from other ghosts. Which he has been doing with his usual sass and snark for three days straight now, but something's wrong. He's feeling tired, hungry. These are human things, why is he experiencing them? and more and more often these white rings that he doesn't recognize keep appearing around his waist that he has to put effort into going away.

Three teenage Amity park citizens, a goth girl, a boy with some tech gadgets, and a redhead keep following him around telling him nonsense. That his parents are worried because he hasn't come home, that he's got to eat and rest because he'll die if he keeps this up. At first he brushes them off but as his symptoms increase and they refuse to leave him alone, he's willing to hear them out.

He takes their advice and lets the white rings do their work. He's in a human body now. He can no longer fly or go through solid objects and the pain of not eating or sleeping for days finally hits him full force.

To him, this is a body horror.

He has this meaty, bony body that he can't move like how he's used to. liquid leaks from his face and he's sure that means he's melting. He feels a pain in his head and middle area that he can't ever remember feeling before. He screams and it hurts his throat Everything hurts.

The three teens who convinced him to do this try to grab him and calm him down, saying this is how he's supposed to be and they'll help him. He tries in vain to get away, not sure how to move in this new disgusting form.

Dan is part Vlad. Maybe they can bond over the Packers

I know a lot of fan artists who are not going to like this take, but I completely HC Jazz as a fashion coward. She's just so busy with other things, she doesn't really think too much about fashion. Give her a plain shirt and pants and she's off and ready for the day. A matching headband is as far as she'll go for cute fashion choices. Anything a bit more out there is just going to make her self conscious.

"Are people looking at my mid drift? Why is this shirt so short? Why do they make shirts so short? This is dumb, why'd I buy this? I swear it wasn't this short in the store."

For the record, if I ever wrote a fanfic that’s unfinished and you want to continue it, or if I did write a completed fic but you want to make a sequel story to it, or maybe even redo the whole story, you can just ask me and I’ll probably say yes.

I mean, not if you plan to write it via AI. I do not want any of my work being fed into a machine, and of course please talk to me about it first before you just go ahead and write it, but I will likely say yes to your request of continuing the story. The idea of somebody else taking up where I left off is exciting to me.

You know with ‘My adventures with Superman’ once again doing the old  “How could you lie to me?!” bit I have come to appreciate more and more the ‘Jazz Fenton method of dealing with discovering someone close to you is secretly a superhero.’

“Holy Crap he’s got these powers?! Actually now that I think about it I can see all the reasons why he’d prefer not to tell anyone about this. I’m not gonna bring it up unless there’s an emergency or he wants to talk about it first. In the meantime, if anyone asks where he is while he’s off fighting bad guys I’ll just tell them he’s at the library or something.”

I love Johnny and Kitty because their main goal is to just be able to chill in the human realm whenever they feel like it. 

Here’s Skulker who wants to skin the main character.  Here’s Desiree who wants to sew chaos through manipulating people’s wishes.  Here’s Spectra who wants to psychologically demolish as many people as she can. Here’s Plasmious, Ember, and Technus who all want in some shape or form to take over the world.

And Here’s Kitty and Johnny who wants to drive around on their sick bike.

They’re antagonists because they have no qualms about taking over the lives of a teen girl or two, and also when they have spats, they make it everyone’s problem, but mostly they’re just self centered teens who have the capabilities to create problems that can’t be ignored.

That’s why so many fanfics even have them as friends with Danny so long as they’re not actively harming anyone.

This is what I would like for the AGIT sequil

The Valerie in the ghost Zone struggles to survive. She refuses to ask for help from any ghost. As she looks for a way back to the human realm, something happens to her. She’s starting to become ghostly from staying too long in the zone.

When she gets home she’s livid to find that no one was looking for her. They never even considered she might be stuck in the GZ when this timeline’s val was already there. She’s too enraged to take this excuse and her desire to get revenge on Danny, and the new Master’s family has consumed her.

Earth Valerie, who had her memories changed the same as everyone else meets this other timeline, ghostly version of her and learns the truth. The truth about all of it, including Danny’s secret. Danny and Valerie finally have their big confrontation about it.

At first she doesn’t want to hear Danny out, and tries to join her GZ counterpart for revenge, until she sees just how much the rage has consumed Ghostly val. Val is on the outside looking in at this girl who’s so consumed with violence

In AGIT, they explain that ghosts get less human the more they get away from their what gave them a human identity. Ghostly Val becomes more monstrous as she gets trapped in a cycle.

“I’m a ghost now, therefor I do horrible things, the more horrible things I do the more I believe ghosts can’t be anything but horrible.”

The emotions that fuel Val give her more power but also make her more volatile. Human Val tries to fight her but fighting doesn’t work. The only way to stop all of this is for Val to accept and fully embrace that she doesn’t have to be like this because ghosts AREN’T evil inherently. 

I kinda want the next time Danny reveals his secret to be the one where he doesn’t get accepted. Or at least for their to be a big argument about it with them saying “I was wrong” later (It’s a middle grade book series, It wouldn’t be right to not have some type of happy ending) Or end the second installment on a cliffhanger with issues that need to be resolved in the third one.

“Danny’s half ghost? Well he’s still our Danny.”

“Danny’s half ghost and he wants to protect and help other ghosts, and he wants us to give up ghost fighting because he doesn’t believe it’s right to just shoot at ghosts on site anymore? That’s too far. I won’t have any of that.”

We already got a few, Danny reveals himself and is accepted outcomes. I want to see one that gets messy and angsty.
