Day 1
Breakfast - Oats with fruit/nuts
Lunch - Green Smoothie of spinach, broccoli + frozen fruit
Dinner - Sweet Potato + protein source
Day 2:
Breakfast - 3 egg whites + spinah
Lunch - Salad
Dinner - Brown rice, vegetables + protein
Day 3:
Breakfast - Oats
Lunch - Salad
Dinner - Brown rice, vegetables + protein
Exercise:

the diet of a Victoria’s Secret angel 🎀🕊
the vs angel diet is limited to 1,300 calories per day, & consists of three meals a day. these meals must not contain any sugar, gluten, dairy or unhealthy oils. the models will also take a shot of apple cider vinegar before breakfast & cannot have alcohol at any point. coffee is frowned upon but they can still have it.
the angels work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, apart from water, & will have a protein shake afterwards. the models also have to sleep at least seven hours a day, & must drink at least two litres of water per day.
breakfast - half an avocado & half a grapefuit, green smoothie, omelette with spinach & turkey, green juice, oatmeal with nuts & berries, overnight oats, eggs & avocado toast, smoothie bowl, homemade granola, or fresh fruit with yogurt.
lunch - green salad with vegetables & lean protein, greek salad, cabbage wraps, chicken salad with brown rice & fresh veggies, grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce & greens, or grilled fish.
dinner - zucchini pasta, veggie soup, salad with lean proteins, fresh veggie salad, sushi, chicken with roasted veggies, thai chicken soup, or quinoa, brown rice or sweet potato served with lean protein & a side of steamed vegetables.
snacks - berries, nuts, nut butter with fresh fruit, protein shakes, homemade energy bars, hummus & veggies, or raw chocolate.

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon sweetener 1 tablespoon water
How to: Mix the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Put it in the microwave for 60 seconds and enjoy! It’s nice and fluffy and warm and I just love it. You can add cinnamon, lemon, cocoa powder, really whatever you want. It’ll probably add a few calories though.
Really comforting and safe, I felt a lot better after eating it (I was having a panic attack and was about to binge).

Ok first of all hell yeah. Second, I also tried to make a garlic roll using this method and it totally worked
1tbsp flour ~2 tbsp water (until you get a batter with some chunks ) Garlic salt & any other spices you want Microwave 60 seconds Boom- 25 calorie garlic roll
