My art process is vague (sometimes I'm productive, most of the time not) but I'll usually start with a rough sketch or two and develop it from there into a more detailed sketch/inked piece after looking up any necessary reference.

Supplies-wise, for traditional/sketchy stuff I use whatever paper I've got lying around, Prismacolor markers and pencils, and mechanical pencils. For digital stuff I use Photoshop and a super old Wacom tablet that I will continue to use until it inevitably craps out on me.

I've got an HP printer with like a scanner flippy thing on top so I use that to scan stuff in and then do minor touch ups in photoshop (fix spots, coloring, levels, etc).

Oh thanks for asking! For specific like actors/characters/whatever I'll just google them for face reference and costume details, but for the bodies/poses I'll generally just make that up on my own. I've had YEARS of figure drawing practice, it's a lot of fun and a good way to learn proportions and poses and whatnot :)
