This is a redraw of an old full-digital artwork of Altaria and a Luxio kneading her fluffy wings. Previous one's kinda derpy but that's when I was still using the mouse and I dunno how to properly draw Luxio...
I gotta say this pixelized shading technique had grown on me, it reminds me a bit of Yoshi's Island artwork. And not only I did one, I just went heck it and do the shiny version as well, as you can see.
These two Pokémon have been closest to my Poke-heart. Altaria being the first favorite, Luxio being my top favorite. These two, or should say their evolution lines contrasts each other, and they share the same base body color, shiny or not. Which just makes them wonderful, regardless of awful stats.
