...Minific of Ren pranking Tetsuo with Ise’s help
“REN! COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE FUCKER!”
Everyone looked up from what they were doing as Ren burst out of the forge, Ise on his heels as the bladesmith charged towards them, whose hair was standing on end, holding up a large hunk of tools that seemed stuck together.
“Wah! No, Daishinji-san please don’t kill me!” Ren cried as he hid behind Touma, who caught Ise as the dragon jumped into his arms, crying in fear.
“Eh? Daishinji-san, what’s going on?” Touma asked the other Rider as he held Ise protectively. Mei had moved to Touma’s side, whispering comforting words to her son, while Kento and Rintaro surged forward to keep Tetsuo from lunging for the ninja cowering behind him.
“Daishinji-san, please calm yourself!” Rintaro said as he and Kento braced themselves to keep him from breaking out of their grip.
“What could he have done to get you so riled up anyway?!” Kento asked him.
“This gremlin...” Tetsuo pointed at Ren with anger in his tone, “convinced your dragon to electrify all my tools! They got magnetized and now they’re all stuck together like this!” He showed them the screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers that were stuck together. “How can I do my work if I can’t use my tools?!”
“I’m sorry! I didn’t think it’d be that strong!” Ren whined. “Sento-san told me it should just stick them together for a bit!”
“Wait, you got this idea from that guy?!” Tetsuo growled. “The mad scientist?! Really?!”
“I’m sorry! I really am!” Ren cried in contrition, only to yelp as Tetsuo let out a roar at him as he pushed against his captors.
Rintaro and Kento were sent sprawling to the ground and Tetsuo hefted his hunk of tools into the air. Mei’s eyes widened as she exclaimed, “Daishinji-san what are you going to do?!”
“I’m going to teach this brat a lesson, now step aside so I can throw this at his face!” he warned, sending the hunk of tools flying.
Ren screamed as he ducked behind the much taller Touma, who pulled Ise and Mei to his chest to cover their faces. The projectile passed through the spot where Ren’s head had just been, before it smashed into the wall and the tools fell onto the floor, no longer stuck to each other.
Everyone gaped, terrified at the Swordman of Sound, as he went to gather his tools and marched back into his forge. Before he closed the door behind him, he glared at them and growled, “Don’t mess with my stuff again. Are we clear?” They all nodded at him shakily and winced as the door slammed shut.
Ise let out a low whine, and Touma soothed the dragon by petting through his mane. “Jesus Ren, what the hell were you thinking?” he asked.
“I didn’t know he would be that scary...!” Ren shuddered. “I’ll never ever do it again...!”
