tbh I think a LOT of the pearl clutching in the usa that we see when it comes to pride parades and nudity is that Americans have been taught that nudity = sex and filth and sin so someone with their tits or ass out or only in a jockstrap is inherently sexual. add that to the hyper sexualization of queer people and you have perfectly normal nudity at pride being defined as disgusting, sexual harassment and kink that is not safe for children or sex repulsed ppl

same goes for talking about sexual behavior and ‘sucking and fucking in public’ at pride. Are they realllly being obscene or have you been taught by cultural christianity that pda is sinful and sexual and disgusting, as well as queer pda being even worse examples of sexual and sinful behavior, making ppl making out at pride the same as sexual harassment and flashing children in your eyes?
