She puts her money towards philanthropy, especially women’s movements around the globe and peace organizations like Peace is Loud and the Global Fund for Women. She is a documentary filmmaker who explores these themes as well.
There are problematic family investments she earns money from that, legally, she cannot divest from. Instead, she donates these profits to charities that counter to those investments.

I was worried about the "difficult conversation" mentioned on the summary, because of course I was worried - how could I not be? This is a Grey's universe TV show after all...
But I was so amazingly surprised by this healthy, mature, cute and soft conversation.
What was difficult about that? (keeping myself together while watching it, that was difficult!)
(Of course, Maya had to gather courage to tell Carina she wouldn't be going, but of course Carina had realized it wouldn't be possible for her to go anyway. Both countries are messy, they both have different personal situations to take care of... They can just understand each other and that's it. They love each other. They overcame a bunch of bad stuff, this too shall pass.)

ok i just watched the wynonna earp finale and honestly? i can’t have asked for a more perfect ending. the curse is broken, waverly & nicole are married, jeremy is starting to move on from robin, wynonna & doc are getting to see alice and hopefully raise alice as her parents like they wanted to, rachel & billy get to be normal teenagers, nedley has basically adopted rachel & ofc, waverly & nicole are her “sexy gay aunts” and i just. this episode was so full of so many types of love. romantic love, platonic love, familial love. it was honestly amazing. i’m tearing up & i just. i love it so much. i just love it
