2 years after I posted my last tumblr post. Whew! I missed re-read my posts about my happiest-cringy self way back.
A month of working in a hotel
How do I start with this?
It’s hard to enter in a hotel especially if you had braces that you’re wearing. The HR staff and your Department Head will ask you when will you remove the braces. Since, my braces were new and it takes a looooooooong way to remove it and still they accepted me.
My first and second weeks were enjoyable. Excited to meet different people, exploring different departments and its purpose inside the hotel premises, learning new skills and adapt an excellence service of being a frontliner.
After two weeks, I started to be a Telephone Operator and working in a mid shift (11am - 7pm). My colleagues were hands-on in teaching me the basic information that I need in order to deliver what the guest and employee needs. When I learned them, at first it was shaky and kinda nervous and started to feel that I’m confident to be at my own. I experienced problems and I solved it. When I don’t know how to handle it, I just ask my supervisors.
Until, I‘m working it by myself in the TO and no one will guide me. Kinda boring but I’m still trying to be as friendly and accommodating.

Three months in a relationship? It’s so f*ckin’ fast. Five months of knowing each other.
I remembered the day you talked to me by chance. How we get closed to each other after few weeks. Invited me for a breakfast at Jollibee’s. Took me to a movie date after working hours. Window shopping together at the mall. Ate each fast foods in every corner of the mall. Went to a museum and to spend each other.
Everything was happier on the first meeting.
Since I left the job and not seeing each other every day, sometimes I feel neglected. I feel I don’t have importance to him. I feel unappreciated. I understand how difficult his tasks and almost over time of his work.
He is not showy. He does not like cringy actions. I always careful on what will I say to him. I’m scared to share stories because it might him disappoint in the end.
I do my best to save a relationship. If he does not see my worth. I think he has a problem. The important to me is to give love and patience.
Three years had been passed. . .
Many changes. . . .
New Learnings and New Failures to improve. . .
Forgetting who I was before. . .
My passions for singing were ruined. . . .
I do not have the courage to pursue my dream because lack of persuasion that I lost. . . .
I’m still in pain. . .
Choosing what’s the best for me is not the solution. . .
I thought if I love again, it will erase the pain and sadness to my heart. . . .
Still, I’m one of the toxic persons. . . .
Hey I just met you, and this is craaaaaaazzzzzyyyy!!!
Damn! We met a month ago pero bakit nabaliw agad ako sayo? Do you have special powers to fall in love with you? I think we have the same weirdo stuff that’s why we are compaaatibleeeee!!
Until now, I still cherished our best memories together. I did really hurt so much and accept the reality that we are not together anymore. Letting you go is the hardest thing that I did and choose the right thing.
He deserves to be loved by someone who will accept his imperfections and make him feel more comfortable. I do love him but I know that his “future girlfriend” will love him more that I could.

Two years ago and I never forget what happened to us. I was really sure that you were the one that I wanted to spend for the rest of my life. I was overjoyed of the things that we had before.
Suddenly, it changed a lot. Totally messed up. I wish I can bring those memories of you and me but it cannot change it anymore.
I'm sorry for everything that I did to you.
Two years have been passed and we are constantly changing our lives now. I'm in my graduating year, reaching near to my dreams while you are pursuing also your studies.
Eating for clear skin
Guys, I used to have horrible acne.
Like hide my face, refuse to go to school, and smother my skin in 100 different products horrible acne.
It made me feel incredibly self conscious and every time someone looked at me, I thought they were just looking at my skin and thinking about how bad it was. I hated it.
Of course I tried to fix it with cleansers and creams and miracle whatever, but nothing worked. It wasn’t until I started paying close attention to what I ate and how it affected my skin that my acne started to clear up.
Here’s a quick list of diet related tips to keep your skin acne free:
1. Avoid dairy, alcohol, and sugar. So like, definitely no Bailey’s milkshakes lol. But seriously, all 3 of these are incredibly inflammatory to the body and acne is, essentially, just inflammation. So if you want to reduce acne, the best way to do it is to reduce inflammation in your body. And one of the best ways to do THAT is to cut out these 3 things.
2. Eat 8-10 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. I know this sounds like a lot, but you can easily fit ~6 servings in to a single smoothie!! Fruits and veggies contain antioxidants and phytonutrients and micronutrients and so many other incredible things that are good for your skin! The more the merrier!
3. Take an Omega 3 supplement (preferably vegan). Why? Because omega 3s reduce inflammation in the body!!! I take a vegan omega 3 supplement sourced from algae and it has reduced the redness in my skin dramatically. I noticed a difference only within a month too!
4. Try collagen. Collagen is honestly so good for you. I know it comes from animals so my vegan friends will want to avoid this. But taking collagen everyday has made, hands down, the most dramatic difference in my skin. Collagen smooths your skin making it plumper, softer, and more even. It can also help heal the lining in your gut and a happy gut is a happy life! Just make sure to order collagen from an ethical company that sources it from grass fed pasture raised bovine. And if you don’t want to take collagen…
5. Eat lots of Vitamin C. Vitamin C works to protect the skin, as well as stimulate the production of collagen in the body!!
6. Put fresh turmeric root in your smoothie. Turmeric is one of the most powerful anti inflammatories on the planet. I drink a little bit of fresh turmeric root (along with black pepper to increase the bioavailability of the active ingredient, curcumin) every day to shrink existing pimples, as well as to decrease the redness in my face. This stuff is awesome and a little bit goes a long way!
7. Eat fermented foods or take a probiotic supplement. Your gut is responsible for nearly every aspect of your health, so when your gut is happy and healthy, your skin will be too. And not only do they help with your skin, they can also regulate your digestive sustem, treat mental illnesses, decrease bloating, and help you lose weight! I like to eat lots of kimchi, sauerkraut, and of course kombucha to get a daily dose of probiotics.
Wow ok that was a lot more thorough than I intended lol but I hope this was helpful! Feel free to ask me any questions, I would love to explain any of these further. Xoxo

Malapit na ba ako magtapos ng pag-aaral?
Ang bilis ng panahon… Sobrang bilis.
