Going off grid

I don't understand why I still miss him when he doesn't deserve to be missed

She looked into the mirror and saw nothing She looked again and saw anger She looked again and saw a little girl lost She looked straight into her eyes and yelled “Who are you” “How can I fix you” “How can I take the pain away” “How can I bring you back home to where it all began” There was no answer Just silence She looked again and saw all the scars She looked again and saw the death of her She looked again and saw nothing... -Jrh

“My time is running out, I don't want to leave “ But that changed Now time doesn't seem to be moving fast enough I can't stand being in a hell hole for much longer I've thrown away my friends Because They broke my trust And hurt me I've found my true friends And I'm never going to forget them Saying “goodbye” to my old friends Seems to be a waste of time now People say to just “put your mind to something else” But they don't understand that Everywhere, everything I have, and everything I look at has a memory of them People will never know how hard I work my ass off People will never know how much I hurt And people will never know who I really am... -jrh

This feels like war I feel that I have found my match Myself My deep dark self I feel that I cannot win this war But I know I am stronger, smart, and alone But this deep dark side of myself knows everything And I know very little of that part of me But I know that one day I will win the war And I will finally be set free... -jrh

The carcass of a bison that drowned in the Yellowstone River became a feast for an alpha female of the Mollie’s wolf pack and her two year-old offspring. Bringing down a live bison is dangerous; Yellowstone wolves far more often target elk, which make up 85 percent of their winter diet.

“‘Are you a good witch, or a bad witch? Green witch? Hearth witch?
Kitchen witch? Storm witch?
Sea witch? Bone witch? Are you a Celestial witch, dream witch, or a hedge witch? White magic or black?
Do you heal or mend?
Do you curse or hex? What sort of witch are you? Psychic? Natural born? Pagan? Eclectic? Wiccan? One of those new-ager types? Do you dance naked in the forest and howl at the moon? Christian mystic? Abrahamic? Agnostic? Gnostic? Heathen? Celtic? A casualty of a long-lost heritage? Just what are you?’

‘Me? I am… Just a witch.
And hopefully…
A wise woman, someday.’” ~ Questioning of a Seeking Witch (via theseekingwitch)
