You don’t write because you want to say something, you write because you have something to say.

If you date me, you’re dating my loud laugh. You’re dating my constant nervousness. You’re dating my happiness for little things like flowers or drawings of dogs. My 2 AM sadness. My once a month period pains. My overwhelming thoughts that make me panic. If you date me, you’re dating everything about me. And if you can’t deal with everything about me, don’t even bother.

things i wish i knew sooner: 1. faking confidence is the first step to real confidence. 2. not everyone is going to like you and thats okay. 3. its okay to cry 4. your friends will like you a lot more if you're honest and upfront 5. some people are just bad people. don't try and change them. 6. you don't have to get out of bed everyday. 7. ask yourself what you've got to loose when you can't make a decision. 8. 90% of your problems can be fixed if you speak with the person you have a problem with. 9. if you love someone, tell them. 10. the first few people you think of when you say "no one cares" are the people who care the most 11. people you'r friends with in high school aren't going to be around forever. 12. its the ones who you love the most that cause you pain. 13. you don't have to like everybody 14. your first boyfriend won't be your last 15. you don't need to know exactly what you'll be doing for the rest of your life when you turn eighteen 16. it's okay to ask for help, it doesn't make you any less strong 17. you don't need to fight for their attention. if they really care about you then you shouldn't have to. 18. its okay to take a day for yourself 19. thees always going to be people that don't like you and thats more than okay. 20. you don't have to be thin with a flat stomach and small thighs for anyone to love & accept you.

writing has always been a passion of mine. for as long as i can remember i'd always loved it, the way the pen moves along the paper and the heart and soul you would put into your work. i'd always believe that the way people write is equivalent to the sound of their voice. i think thats what i loved the most, feeling the paper between my fingers knowing that a part of you was left behind as you hold it in your hands. a part of you is inserted into everything you write and somehow that is more real then any text or tweet or instagram post, knowing you that someone took the time to sit down and write to you, having something that they once touched in your hands theres nothing quite like it so if you ever get the chance sit down and write yourself a letter to yourself, to your best friend, your boyfriend, your girlfriend your brother or your sister. because there nothing more intimate and special then someone who will write to you

Victims of a sudden impact are some of the hardest to treat. It’s not just the collision that injures them, it’s everything after. The centrifugal force keeps them moving; tossing them from vehicles, throwing them through windshields, slamming their internal organs into the skeleton. Their bodies are injured over and over again, so there’s no way to know how much damage has actually been done. Until they stop. You can’t prepare for a sudden impact. You can’t brace yourself, it just hits you out of nowhere, and suddenly the life you knew before is over forever.

I love the rain. I love how it softens the outlines of things. The world becomes softly blurred, and I feel like I melt right into it.
