Look it's controversial thing but this shit is something I was thinking for a while. My take may offend a few, if not a lot of women. But just hear me out. There's just of some women that want to rise up by doing sexual favors for their male higher ups. People talk to people, men talk to other men. They have grown this expectation of thirsty women just throwing themselves at these men. Jeez...
I advocate for being sex positive, and all. But just saying 'my body, my choice', these achievement seekers that are willing to do anything just to raise in their work needs to STOP. Not all women a vixens that just stroll in the boss and have sex with them. These vixen are setting bad examples for both men and women. For men, it makes them expect the women in their workplace will come throwing themselves if they work their way up. For the women, it forces us to endure unwanted sexual interactions from men that are used to or expecting these vixens to throw themselves at them. Us non-vixens don't like being expected to just fuck the boss for a raise or promotion. We just want a raise because we work well.
Using sex to advance yourself up the line is not okay. Even if it's consenting. If you love your colleague, do it with zero work favors. No carrier related favors. No raise, no promotion, not even bonuses just because the a manager and an employee are in a relationship. I don't give two shits what two adults do in a room. If it impacts everyone else, then you better be damn sure I'mma make it my business. Just keep work as work. 'nuff said. This sex to advance is by these vixens sows the seeds of toxic work place. This is also falls to the guys as well. Guys, dudes, lads... just please reject. If this article passes and gets reinforced by our social media and platforms they won’t separate us to “oh this is Europe they can’t do shit” and “oh it’s the rest of the world they can do whatever”… Making two different algorithms is a waste of resources.
I don’t live in Europe either, but chances are, we’ll have to live by their rules because the platforms will go by the stricter set of rules and force them on all of us. This isn’t a “Europe thing”.
