The last batch of the icons I’ve done for the charity drive. 4167 freedom money was raised for varions local charities and bails funds and that’s poggers.
Back to not drawing space marines ever!
So, Namine can probably uses a keyblade, right? Would she use one like Sora?
Or Kairi?
On the other hand, she did manage to make a connection to Terra
she wields it like a gun

Me: this is the best take, for the bad and terrible "Star Trek: Picard"
With our world seemingly going to shit, the actual last thing anybody would want is for a TV show that depicts a once utopian future also going to shit.
Mecha has been one of my biggest interests for the longest time. Ever since I was a kid, I was really into old school 90s mecha like Gundam, Nadesico, and Tekkaman Blade. My other big interest is Visual Novels, which some of my favorite series began as such as Muv-Luv, Utawarerumono, and of course Fate/Stay Night.
When I went to Japan, I came across the Saber MG Wing Zero conversion kit and really loved the concept of a giant robot version of Saber. I decided to take it a step further and make a cosplay version of the kit since it would be the perfect opportunity to combine my two interests.
I approach making mecha cosplay a lot like building a large scale PlaMo kit. Mecha Saber took me about 150 hours over 3 months and a good deal of it is just cutting and assembling basic shapes and pieces of foam. I used the Saber kit as a reference and recreated each individual piece, scaling it to fit me as I go. I photograph the pieces from multiple angles and create templates to transfer onto EVA foam. I wanted to go a little experimental on this project so I used servo motors hooked up to a pico controller to make the animated missile pod shoulders.
I’m a very introverted person, so cosplay has helped me connect to a lot of friends that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to meet. The great thing about cosplay to me is that you become a magnet to people that have the same interests as you and it’s one of the best things about cosplaying at a convention
